BIOGRAPHY:
Born on Ringo Vinda, Charzon Loulan began her life as a working-class idealist. Due to her good looks she was popular at all levels of her mandatory schooling: elementary, high school. She also developed a strong sense of justice especially since she feels compelled to use her popularity for good reasons, even going so far as to launch protests in due course, especially as far as disabilities rights are concerned. But her social fortunes waned once she entered university, where she became more radical and she became to be seen as not only an activist, but also one who is whittling away her scholarship funds to live an otherwise idle lifestyle. She graduated without flash and spend her first few years post-graduation as a barista and her work history showed that she was underemployed.
Her lucky break came when state-owned Ringovinda StarYards reached its breaking point, where the entire board was sacked and replaced by lottery winners. Of course, there are some who accuse her of having won the lottery on the back of her looks but, thus far, she stayed true to her ideals for the short time she has been at the helm of Ringovinda StarYards. But who knows what surprises will the position hold for her...
As a starship designer, she has seemingly favored heavy armor over speed. Upon being contacted by [member="Katagiri Ike"] in the latter's bid to become the Republic's Director of Technology, she decided to pledge herself to the light-sided Galactic Republic, knowing that she already pledged Ringovinda StarYards not to sell to the One Sith or to the Sith Triumvirate military. The raid on Kuat Drive Yards proved that she had no reservations to conduct industrial espionage or sabotage.
Due to its role in selling orbital drydocks, Ringovinda StarYards has become a galactic leader in that segment of the market. Also she serves as a senator in the Techno Empire, and is in the process of obtaining the title of Protector of Ringo Vinda from the SSC.
