BIOGRAPHY
Charmaine Vandron was born into the ultra-wealthy, slave-owning nobility of the Senex sector in 852 ABY. Raised on Karfedd, she grew up watching her family treat servant lines like furniture. She learned early that money and leverage ruled everything. When her father passed, Charmaine maneuvered past her older brothers by exposing their debts and quietly having them removed from the court.

Over the last thirty years, she has married four different wealthy aristocrats. Every single husband eventually vanished under mysterious circumstances, leaving their estates and credits directly in her lap. Charmaine never bothered denying the rumors that she had them poisoned or dumped out an airlock. In fact, she actively smiles when rivals bring it up at dinner parties, finding their terror hilarious.

Now in 904 ABY, Charmaine sees the galaxy's chaos as a business opportunity. With the Republic strained and the Sith pushing borders, she is leveraging House Vandron's wealth and fleet assets to establish a firm foothold outside the Senex sector, caring nothing for who suffers along the way.

PERSONALITY

Charmaine is deeply unpleasant, loud, and petty. She spends her days lounging on velvet couches, shouting at her exhausted attendants for minor mistakes, and stuffing her face with imported delicacies. If a servant spills a drop of wine on her dress, she will have them sold off before the hour is out. She reminds everyone within earshot of her birthright and gets offended if people don't bow fast enough.

She loves gossip more than almost anything else. She will gladly invent disgusting lies about rival houses, spread rumors about infidelity or treason, and watch the fallout with a glass of sweet wine in hand. She doesn't care if a rumor is true, as long as it ruins someone's week and makes her look superior.

Charmaine isn't stupid, though. Her cruelty is practical. She tracks financial margins and trade routes meticulously, using her charm and sharp tongue to corner markets. Behind her ridiculous wigs, layered makeup, and garish jewelry sits a monster who treats human lives like numbers on a page.

Strengths

Master of Political Blackmail: She has an exceptional ability to uncover secrets, fabricate scandals, and ruin the reputations of rival nobles without ever getting her own hands dirty.

Vast Financial Resources: Controlling extensive trade networks built on slave labor in the Senex sector, she can easily buy off politicians, hire mercenaries, or bribe local officials.

Ruthless Strategic Mind: Behind her ridiculous wigs and vain exterior lies a sharp business mind that calculates trade margins, leverages debts, and manipulates economic markets to her advantage.

Complete Psychological Immunity: She is entirely unbothered by guilt, shame, or public outrage, making her completely immune to emotional intimidation or moral appeals.

Adept Networker and Informant: Her passion for gossip doubles as an effective intelligence network, allowing her to keep tabs on sector politics and hear about rival moves before they happen.

Weaknesses

Zero Physical Capability: Exceptionally out of shape, slow, and overly reliant on servants, she is completely helpless if caught in a physical altercation or firefight.

Arrogance and Repulsive Demeanor: Her constant need to remind everyone of her noble birth, paired with her cruel treatment of non-nobles, alienates potential allies and creates bitter enemies.

Contempt and Blindness Toward the Force: She dismisses Force users as mere fanatics or tricksters, leaving her completely open to Force manipulation, mind tricks, or direct attacks.

Extreme Vain Distractions: Her obsession with elaborate wigs, grand dresses, imported delicacies, and constant pampering can waste crucial time and resources during high-stakes crises.

Overreliance on Retainers: Because she refuses to handle her own basic tasks or security, she is extremely vulnerable if her overworked guards and servants are bribed, turned, or incapacitated.
