Born on Ryloth to the same family as Daniel, he spent his youth in poverty and adapted to the slums in a similar fashion. Has long slender scars patchmarked across his chest and upper arms from an incident involving a rival gang. Not nearly as cheerful as his cousin, he allowed his heart to be calcified during his upbringing, learning to ignore his emotions to the point of sociopathy. Not overtly mean or harsh, simply apathetic to the general concerns of the galaxy. Mostly out of a response to protect himself. He deeply feels others pain to the point he has to ignire it or suffer.
STRENGTHS
Focused
Hardworking
WEAKNESSES
Cold
Judgemental
HISTORY
Born on Ryloth to Daniel's uncle Buster, Charles faces many of the same challenges as his cousin growing up. A litany of temptations and obstacles threw themselves against his developing brain, instead of taking to the streets like Dan, Charles worked in the mud. From the age of twelve on he spent his days along the drainage ditches of the Lessu and in the volcanic pits outside the walls. Day in, day out, the occasional night. His father, himself, and his three brothers worked tirelessly to provide some semblence of comfort to their small clan. Their mother passed when they were young, leaving the boys without a stable upbringing. Despite this, Charles ended up married, and with a child at seventeen, the youngest of his family.
As he worked, Charles found himself hardening his heart to the folks around him, developing a malignant view towards the universe at large, something he would never really shake. He toiled like this until his younger cousin began to work for the Black Sun, who began to employ him and his brothers for various building projects, both labor and design, and began to male money the way his cousin did, though much more slowly, his work being mostly honest. Working under the supervision of crime bosses sharpened his craft in a way that most wouldn't be able to. He lived comfortable enough with his wife and child, but wanted to move into a line of work where him coming home was guarenteed.
Failure meant a limb. An eye. An insult to a being that could take your body or life at a whim. Charles and his three man building crew never lost any of their limbs to a client, a minor miracle in the world of high end Black Sun construction projects. He had fully expected to live his life that way, with his brothers on Ryloth, until Daniel offered to move him and their entire extended family to Naboo, an offer he and his brothers took. Dan joined the Navy to continue flying, Charles, and his brothers continued their trades, abeit with less threat of death or dismemberment, better hours, and everyday family time.
