Chariot of Fire [Alen's Peeps Vs. First Order]

Unknown Regions
First Order Space Station, in vicinity of Lipsec

The First Order shuttle they had hijacked on its way back to base was cramped and lacked pretty much all the creature comforts that most spacefarers were accustomed to these days. These New Imperial types always had a Spartan approach to things, which left credits in the kitty to spend on new Star Destroyers and superweapons. Alen Na'Varro had to respect that ... he only wished the "lighter" governments in the galaxy would do the same. But that was a wish that would never come true. That was why the bearded man had come to leave intergalactic politics as time went by and instead trusted his lightsaber and his fists to bring change.

What he planned to do was crazy, even by his lofty standards.

Raid a First Order space station with only three companions, fight his way into the very core of the station, make a copy of the personnel database and fight his way out again? Insanity. Alen was a powerful man, his companions equally so ... but still, popular opinion was that they had bitten off more than they could chew. Na'Varro eyed off [member="Micah Talith"] who sat across from him. The kid had the most to lose; what was he doing here? Still, it would be nice to get to know him under stress ... heck, Voidstalker had always ribbed him about the kid being his future son-in-law. Alen had his doubts about that, though ... Laura had never seemed interested in boys and Micah, well, he wasn't the smoothest operator. Nice kid though.

The woman who was possibly (sadly) his best friend in this entire galaxy was aft. What he had done to deserve that was alien to him, though he expected it was a matter of too many acquaintances, not enough friends. But they had got to know each other under the most trying of circumstances, being a fight to the death in front of thousands of bloodthirsty fans. That had brought them closer, he guessed.

And then there was [member="Kitt Solo"]. The girl that almost was. He had made some of his biggest mistakes with her; he could lament for hours on how if he'd been a better partner they'd never have separated. Na'Varro was surprised that she had even turned up for him ... but he guessed that meant she still had a soft spot for him. He smirked at no one in particular. Old man's still got it.

Four idiots. One shuttle with current access codes (thank you idiot pilot who programmed them into the navcomputer). One space station filled to the brim with ruthless neo-imperialists. Na'Varro and his people had surprise on their side ... and that was about it.

- Access codes cleared. You may start your approach. -

"I'd advise everyone strap in." Na'Varro picked his hangar and increased his speed.

- Shuttle TN-317, you're going a little fast. -

Na'Varro lined up his approach and pushed the throttle down to full.

- Shuttle TN-317, what are you doing? -

The shuttle thrusted forward and crashed through the hangar and into the control room with furious pace, killing everyone inside the room instantly. Na'Varro looked around the shuttle; his people were all okay, minus a couple of bumps and bruises. Seatbelts are still relevant in a galaxy far, far away (safety message for the kids). He keyed the ramp and without a word moved down it and then dropped the last two metres to the hangar below. A squad of stormtroopers awaited him and his team, and his green lightsaber ignited to meet them.

A squad of stormtroopers wasn't going to give him or his friends pause, but others on this station might. But nothing was going to stop him from getting what he wanted ...

And it wasn't a copy of the database. And it wasn't so much a question of 'what', but 'whom.'

@First Order @My peeps @A certain Dark Jedi that won't learn his lesson

“Sir there has been a breech.” An officer, clad in the typical attire of the First Order approached the dark, tall man who was observing the star expanse from the upper platform of the main control hub. ‘It seems a shuttle failed to follow protocol and has collided with the main hanger bay in sector three.”
Belis regarded the words, not the officer. His helmet turning slightly, tilting as he tried to make sense of the situation. “You have sent stormtroopers?” He merely asked.
“Yes and a cleanup crew.” The officer sounded overly happy with his appraisal, but was put aside as Belis turned and marched passed him. “Uh sir?”
“They will already be dead.” The Knight of Ren declared, his hand waving to open the nearby blast door. “We are dealing with no mere shuttle crash.”

Belis’ march through the station was mostly spend pulling troopers into line behind him. He knew better then to trapse on in there alone, he would assemble a fist behind him and then be the knock-out punch himself.
The blast door to the hanger lay before him. Behind it he could already feel the Force dictating the want of what was around them. He had no other choice. His right hand found his saber handle at his belt, the blade igniting in a crimson peak.

@Alen Na’Varro

Figures Laura’s old man would land me into trouble.

The amused thought held no manner of seriousness within the Talith, his hand flexing over the Morp blaster in his palm. He held it in a ready carry, his HUD panning as it picked up on the Stormtroopers that awaited.

Ahh, the things I get myself into, he mused with notable amusement. Up the blaster went, and a volley of shots of green bolts went flying towards two Stormtroopers.

The Force bloomed within the Talith, and heightened senses would pick up on movement from the rear. Seems this one little squad wasn’t the only one giving them a welcome party.

Yup, this was going to be a rather interesting day.
