Public Character of the Month - June 2025 - Winner!

Hey folks!

So sorry for this being so late since I got swept up in dealing with other things and dealing with other real life stuff so I hadn't the mental capacity to announce the winner till now. Also heatwaves! They make my brain mush, so things slip the mind sadly.

All that said, I wanted to celebrate our fantastic Character of the Month for June!

The Madclaw The Madclaw !!!!

Congratulations and it was amazing how big of a voting turn out we got this month!

Here are the questions:

Has your character gone down the path you wanted to? And if they deviated, why and did it make the story better?

Question: Who does your character want to win the first ever Galactic Kaggath?

My question is, what does your charater hope to achieve by the end of their life?

Why don't you answer my Holonet calls anymore?

Question: of all the possible choices, which is the conversation you'd least like to have with your character 'round the dinner table?

Question: What gift does your character want Malum to get them?

Question: What do you see for yourself, personally such as, attachments and relations?

My question is: what happened to you?

My question: What is the best con/crime/heist you’ve ever pulled? (Or witnessed)

Question for the winner: if your character was made leader of their faction right now, what's their first move?

Is your character ever afraid that everything that they have built will disappear when they die, and that everything they have done is not enough to secure their legacy?

Have fun with the questions and here is your fancy flair!

No - I think back in 2016 there was some version of him floating around as an Alliance general with a big tobacco pipe and one eye. The biggest challenge is making big, brutish characters more than they read on the tin. You have to give them a soul, a sense of uniqueness. And I think Jerec Asyr Jerec Asyr helped with that by a link to an article about a guild of Wookiee space navigators.

Question: Who does your character want to win the first ever Galactic Kaggath?
Himself. But barring that, Antar, because he finds the thug amusing.

My question is, what does your charater hope to achieve by the end of their life?
To have sought out the edges of the known universe… to have met new and interesting people … and to have conquered them.

Why don't you answer my Holonet calls anymore?
Madclaw deleted all his social media profiles after an incident with a Twi’lek.

Question: of all the possible choices, which is the conversation you'd least like to have with your character 'round the dinner table?
Likely any conversation that doesn’t involve his primary interests as he would have little to add or contribute to the scene.

Question: What gift does your character want Malum to get them?
An alchemized wookiee sword - ryyk blade.

Question: What do you see for yourself, personally such as, attachments and relations?
The Madclaw views relationships as hierarchical. He is very similar in worldview to the Captain in the Sea Wolf. He holds people in a few categories: disdain and contempt, admiration, or complete apathy.

My question is: what happened to you?
A Sith apprentice captured by the Alliance for years. Explored the universe for years more. He’s been out of the picture for a very long time.

My question: What is the best con/crime/heist you've ever pulled? (Or witnessed)
Ripped a Trandoshan Vigo’s arm off in front of the mighty Prince of the underworld and lived to tell the tale.

Question for the winner: if your character was made leader of their faction right now, what's their first move?
An extermination order for Trandosha

Is your character ever afraid that everything that they have built will disappear when they die, and that everything they have done is not enough to secure their legacy?

No. All we have is our roar in the jungle.

“I will die. You will die. We will all die and the universe will carry on without care. All that we have is that shout into the wind - how we live. How we go. And how we stand before we fall.” - Pierce Brown, Golden Son

Thanks for all the votes!
