[*]Description: The Lussk Estate is a remarkable building known for it's beauty and the family from which it gets it's namesake. The pristine whites combined with the crystal clear glass of the building give off a modern look. The building resides atop a hill that lies on Cartann's border with Halbegardia. The main household takes up merely a fraction of the land the Lussk Family hold.
POINTS OF INTEREST
Lussk Private Spaceport - This building lies on the outer edge of the Lussk's estate where the hill edges out to become flat plains. The spaceport is largely underground. The way the spaceport works is quite simple. Underground lies the garage, where all of the Lussks keep their spacefaring vessels. Above land is the spaceport where they land and take off from. When a Lussk wishes to depart, they open up a display outside the spaceport where a catalog exists, showing the user which vessels are being held in the garage. The user then selects the vessel they wish to use and the garage finds it and sends it up to the top by way of repulsorlift. To store a vehicle within the garage, all one has to do is land a vessel in the space port and with a press of the button upon the console, the vessel is stored. The spaceport cannot hold anything much larger than 100m so don't expect a star destroyer to come flying out of here.
Lussk Vineyard - The Lussk vineyard is a large plantation of the Lussk family's own grape vines made for winemaking. The vineyard covers about 1 acre in size. The vineyard includes grape of all colors. Most of the vineyard is worked by droids while the administration duties are done by a member of the Lussk family.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The history of Château Lussk is almost as rich of the family from which it receives it's name. The building was constructed several decades before the Adumari Civil War by Marco Lussk. In the decades following, the Lussks worked hard to establish their family name to become more known throughout Adumar. They started with a small grape plantation which soon grew to become a thriving vineyard, providing almost 80% of the wine drank throughout Adumar. This brought great esteem to the Lussk name on Adumar. Everyone who is anyone talked about the Lussk family.
When the Adumari Civil War occured, the Lussks stood on the side of the Yedagon Confederacy after the war turned in their favor. Once victory had been achieved, the Lussks worked to weasel their way into the new praetor's circle. Once there, they never left. The Château Lussk was destroyed during the civil war after coming under siege for betraying the former praetor of Cartann. The new praetor funded the new rebuild of their ancestral home and turned it into what it is today.
