Strengths And Weaknesses

Strengths:

-Tech wizard, understands pretty much every kind of computer and how to get exactly what she wants out of them.

-Small girl, it's easy for Ceras to sneak about and crawl into places where most people wouldn't want to be, making her an excellent.

Night vision, Okay she may not exactly be able to see in zero light environments but due to her eyes being hyper sensitive, she can see somewhat well in low light environments without her glasses.

Brittle, seeing as she spends most of her time inside, writing code and browsing forums.

Sensitive eyes, She was born with a birth defect in her eyes, leading them to turn purple and be hyper sensitive to light, as such, she owns a pair of glasses that allow her to see....
As you can probably imagine, it becomes somewhat hard for her to go about a normal life without them.

Socially inept, Ceras has been kept inside most of her life and has made very few friends over the course of the last decade, all of which have been made from the multiple chat sites she takes part in.

There's no need to sugar coat this, she can't fight. She never had a reason to.

Appearance: Ceras is quite a short girl, though for her age I guess she would be around average? Anyway, she has a very slender build and is quite pale, a lack of vitamin D will do that to you. She has purple eyes and a large amount of ginger hair, coming down to about waist length, which she often let's loose. She always has her custom designed glasses on her at all times, and usually has a pair of headphones on her. She bears a quite a noticeable scar on her left leg, from an incident in her childhood.

Biography:
Ceras was born on Carida, where her life was.... A relatively quiet one... Until the day her eyes finally started to change colour. Obviously, like all babies she was born with blue eyes, though when she was around three and a half years of age, her eyes started to darken slightly, becoming purple, and after that, she rarely opened her eyes again. Only when the lights were off would she open them. Because of this, her parents took her to a doctor and she was subsequently diagnosed with Photophobia Ocular albinism. A set of specially designed glasses were crafted for her, to aid her efforts in trying to live a normal life, however, the glasses that she received were often heavy and uncomfortable and as such she hated to wear them most of the time resulting in her staying inside for most of her life. School was another painful experience of her life, because of her bully. Who would always mock her for being weak and pale and as such she didn't have much self respect for the first years of her school life. Until her parents found out and subsequently moved her to a new place. There, she found much more welcoming people and began to build herself back up, until....

While her mother was driving her home from school, Ceras noticed someone she knew who hadn't been in on that day. She grabbed at her mother's arm and tried to essentially pull her toward her friend. A few seconds later, her mother took her eyes off of the lane ahead of her... And another vehicle collided with them. Both we're sent hurtling toward the ground and neither made it out unscathed. Ceras and her mother were sat in the speeder as it descended with the controls completely unresponsive. When it landed, the two we're unconscious with the speeder beginning to catch flames. Locals surrounded it and tried using their jackets and other items to try and smother the fire to buy enough time to pull the pair out. However it crept toward them faster than the strangers around them could put it out. Eventually Ceras' mother awoke, noticing the flames, she began frantically trying to open any door she could. Though the crash had jammed the locks on. She smashed the window out as fast as she could possibly manage. The glass shattered and she grabbed at Ceras, undoing her belt and lifting her over and out of the window. Hands pulled Ceras away from her mother and onto the floor beyond the flames. Ceras' leg was almost completely shattered, with blood pouring out of an open wound on the same leg. Her mother unstrapped herself and began to climb out of the speeder, though stopped when she realized Ceras' glasses we're still in the car, and as such, she turned back to grab them, heading back into the flames. She grabbed the glasses and put them through the window.... And then the fire reached the fuel tank. And Ceras' mother died instantly. With many other's around being injured by the flames and debris. Ceras' mother's arm was still hanging out of the speeder... With the glasses in her hand...

Months passed and Ceras still blamed herself for the death of her mother, despite the driver of the other vehicle being proven guilty of drunk driving and being under the influence of illegal spices. Her leg had mostly healed though a few more operations were needed to make sure her leg was able to support her weight, and she was eventually able to walk again, though the scar on her leg was a constant reminder of what her mother gave up.... All cause of Ceras' eyes... She became depressed over the course of the next eight years. Rarely leaving her room, only to use the bathroom and sometimes eat. The only person to see her in all that time is her father, who became increasingly distressed. After the years of locking herself away, Ceras decided that her father's constant preaching to her, was atleast worth listening to. He would try to tell her that her mother's death wasn't her fault and that she needed to go outside, if only for a minute. She found it impossible to believe the former, though she was starting to come around to the latter. And after another few hours of convincing... She finally opened her door, donned her glasses, a new pair for her grown body, though the same design as the one's her mother had died holding. She stepped outside, just onto her balcony. And she was shocked at how her street looked. It was completely different from how she remembered. She had missed so much despite browsing the holonet for the past number of years.

Even after only a view minutes of standing outside, she began to feel just how uncomfortable the glasses were, she had almost forgotten they existed until the weight of them started to crush her nose. The very next day she had changed the shape of the glasses so that they fit more comfortably and so that the power supply lasted longer. She started to rekindle her relationship with her father, who knew that a few years alone would leave you with so much to talk about? The two kept going all day long, until Ceras unveiled her latest tinker with her glasses, to which her father seemed... Happy for her. Though he could see the tears forming back in her eyes as the memories of her mother started to flood back to her, after all, she still blamed herself for her mother's death. Saying that if she had just been born right then she wouldn't have had to be ferried to and from school everyday and if that never happened then she wouldn't have distracted her mother from the traffic ahead of her... If she hadn't needed the glasses, then her mother would've been able to get out. After another session of sobbing, the two were set on getting they're life back on track. With Ceras venturing back outside on her own. Just to explore a little. And she hadn't been so happy in so long...

P.S: Thanks for reading this far, You're now my favorite person/people

P.S.S: This is my first time doing anything like this so if I could get some feedback that would be highly appreciated

Looks like you've got a pretty good idea of strengths and weakness, and they're solid.

Story is pretty sad, but the best ones sometimes are. Also don't feel that you have to center your text, unless that's just a stylistic thing you liked for your bio. Overall, nice work for your first time.
