From a human perspective, she is a horrific writhing mass of slimy tentacles, eyes, and mouths. Her voice is jarringly light, airy, and feminine; her lack of a native Pylantian accent, owed to her having been raised abroad, lends her an exotic charm.

She can be highly emotional, prone to tears and bouts of panic or anxiety, though she can usually be calmed down with a few reassuring words. Though her line of work rarely offers an opportunity to show it, she is intelligent, well-read, and received high marks in school. Despite her success, she is plagued with self-doubt and reliant on the help of others (to whom she is always gracious and kind). One gets the impression that she had her heart broken at some point in the past, and never quite recovered.

- Fragile: Despite being on top of the tough world of modeling, Celephaïs remains a rather sensitive soul. She has been known to cry easily and is prone to self-doubt, even feeling like she is an impostor "faking" her career and undeserving of success. Though it has been kept a secret from the public, she is taking medication to manage her anxiety.
Born in the Silver Rest medical wing on Kashyyyk to Jedi Knights Oukranos and Kassogtha Cthylla, Celephaïs was found to have a low midi-chlorian count, indicating no sensitivity to the Force. Her parents held out hope for the first few years of her life that her powers might simply be dormant, but no connection ever manifested. She was nonetheless raised among the Silver Jedi, attending school and playing with the younglings. Her alien looks posed little issue as she was around people who were already used to her mother's appearance.
There was no shortage of love in the Cthylla family; in addition to her devoted and supportive parents, she had two older brothers, Zhar and Mylakhrion, who doted on their baby sister. A romance in her teens with a Padawan boy turned out to be an attempt at getting in her parents' good graces. Stung by the manipulation, Celephaïs decided to move to Pylos Satnik, which she had visited several times in her youth.
Living in the capital city of R'lyeh, she drew the attention of a talent scout who opened the path to modeling. Her meteoric rise to fame was dizzying, as seemingly overnight she was suddenly hailed as one of the most beautiful females on the planet. For a girl who had grown up feeling different, it was hard for her to believe the things being said about her. Still, she has continued to progress her career, signing a movie contract to herald in her acting debut.
