, her first request was a standalone alchemical breastplate compatible with Dark Templar armor and gear. He had to adjust his expectations of his own work due to the scale of the job, despite the adepts, metalworkers, and resources available at Jurgoran Forge. The resulting breastplates are decent high-end alchemical metal, comparable to beskar or phrik. What makes them special is that each is a modest copy of an ancient Phobis Device, a fear engine. Catharian Hegemony Dark Templars already caused their fair share of fear; now that share is entirely unfair.
