BACKGROUND

An Abridged History - Catarina was taken in as an Initiate at an Enclave in Wild Space at a young age - two years old. As a youngling, she was one of a trio of Padawans who trained under her Enclave's battlemaster. Catarina struggled with (and continues to struggle with) what she considered "coercive" applications of the Force, but excelled in harnessing the Force for self-enhancement and infiltration, and she displayed a natural talent for Psychometry. She achieved Knighthood relatively young, but at her request, records surrounding her Padawan trials have been sealed.

PERSONALITY

Catarina is polite, soft spoken, and generally friendly, though given to bouts of quiet, sometimes unsettling intensity. Despite her habitual vagrancy, she is in many ways a very traditionalist Jedi, and attempts to live both simply and kindly. When given time to herself, she uses botany, martial arts, and recreational slicing to fill her time and nourish her soul. She is soft-hearted, and often a little melancholy, though rarely given to outright despair.

STRENGTHS

+Investigator - Stories are important, you know? That's why Cat wants to know yours. As many details as possible, if you please. If you don't want to share, though, she won't push. Objects are just as talkative as people are, if you know how to listen.
+Infiltrator - You may never know that that kind, sad-looking girl in the maintenance uniform was a Jedi. If Cat has her way, you'll never know she was there at all.
+Physical Adept - The physical form is an extremely effective conduit for the Force, and Cat is equally effective at using hers as such. She's sorry she hit you so hard, though. It was that or the lightsaber.

WEAKNESSES​

-Vagrant - Cat would love to stay. She really would. But she just - has important work to do. A few star systems over. And the Force doesn't sing the same way if she's standing too still.
-Mournful - Cat's sorry for what happened to you. She's sorry she wasn't here to stop it sooner, and she's sorry the Sith who did it to you never learned to be kinder. She'll do better in the future. She has to.
-Passive - The Force is a beautiful, subtle thing. Using it to control people, or change the way they think, or even just throw things around? Cat struggles with that.
