Mandalore
Tessa Monroe Tessa Monroe

This was exciting, perhaps not the events leading up to why he was called upon, but returning to Mandalore was a pleasant surprise and a lovely treat. Elian touched down, waving off his guard to stay with the ship. Either that, or he was going to have to ditch them somewhere. It wouldn't be the first time, and most definitely wouldn't be the last time.

Elian was here at one time, taking refuge, training, doing something, anything to get his mind off of what had happened. He built a great deal of things while he was here, performed maintenance, and anything in between. He was pleased to know that he was called upon for this, if at the very least as a consultant. Anything involving engineering, cybersecurity, and everything in between was where he excelled. So, to say he was excited was probably an understatement.

Elian had taken it upon himself to look around. He found himself close to where the foundlings were training. He had done that at one point. Granted, he never finished that particular training, as he was called home, then came his injury. His gaze drifted down to his cybernetic arm.

He was to meet someone by the name of Tessa Monroe. She had reached out to him in regard to his craft. So naturally, Elian was under the assumption that he was going to be consulted about building something, or he was going to be asked to build something.

Either way, it was an exciting time.

Her mother had never asked her to do this, but she’d not tried to stop her either, not when she’d spilled datapads all over her hospital bed and started talking at her. Tessa brushed a stand of pale blonde hair back behind her ear as she walked, thumb skimming through the plans again on the datapad. Nothing was finalised, everyday she looked at it with a different set of eyes it changed and today would be no different.

She tucked the pad away as the sound of training blades and spars reached her ears. Once upon a time she would have walked without armour, only donning it for battle, but the two attempts on her mothers life in a week had reminded her that nowhere was safe, certainly not for someone who carried the name Monroe.

Green armour, edged with silver slid into view coming to a stop besides Elian, her sapphire gaze sweeping over the foundlings once before she turned to face him, extending a hand and a smile. “Thanks for meeting me, Mr Abrantes.”

Tessa cast another glance to the foundlings before inclining her head for Elian to follow. “Come on, I’ve hijacked one of the planning rooms for the afternoon so I can show you what I’m working with.”

“Thanks for meeting me, Mr Abrantes.”

He chuckled lightly, before shaking his head. "Please, just Elian will be fine." He said with a smile, extending his hand to hers. He took a last look at the foundlings before he moved to start following her.

“Come on, I’ve hijacked one of the planning rooms for the afternoon so I can show you what I’m working with.”

"Excellent." There was a pique in happiness, that came from him. Not that he didn't have cause to be happy already, but when it come to building and the trades he was in. He was always happy to do the work. Majority of the time he did it for free. Terrible thing, if he was a business, but with those that had lost home, and everything else beside that. If he could dedicated his time and his efforts for that. To him, it wasn't be a bad way to live. Other than having his own investments and such, he wasn't hurting for credits, at all.

He didn't know the circumstances behind this particular home rebuild, that wasn't in him to ask. Yet sometimes curiosity did get the better of him. His raised his left hand, with the entire arm being cyberntic. It rose to his chin lightly, giving his chin a small rub.

"What do you do here?" Elian inquired, looking over to Tessa.
