DESCRIPTION:
After giving his lightsaber to a prospective Jedi, Cassius was in need of a new weapon. While he found his green kyber crystal prior to this at the old Imperial kyber refinery on Eadu, he never had the time or materials necessary to construct a new lightsaber. Once finding the time, Cassius spent a few weeks crafting his new weapon. He made sure it was perfectly balanced, and could operate underwater. An important feature he added was a lower-powered mode that was consistent with many training sabers. With this, Cassius could use his saber to incapacitate rather than kill or dismember his enemies.
