BIOGRAPHY:
Born on Niraun, Cartr had only mother since his father died in terrorist atack when he was on buisness trip. He was Raised in Bellive the Empire is Right Even if it methods might not be, he was not religious but since day of birth he was intrigued by Force and both Sides of Users of it. Since he was not Force Sensitive he decided to study hard to become Strong without adn help Empire Defend itself and it's citiziens to prevent situations like his in Childhood. at age of only 10 years he was best of all Students in Empire, he was a Genius, and already one of his problems showed up. Cartr was a Sociopath this can not be denied, even in childhood emotions were a tool for him to toy with others, he never had friends, the only ones that he felt any emotions to were his mother and the Empire. At age of 14 he joined Imperial Academy on Niraun. After 3 years of Study and Training he Joined Imperial Starfighter Corps and fast promoted, at age of 18 he already had behind himself many skirmishes with pirates or smuglers and was Leader of Squadron 191 after only 6 months his squadron got permission to swap theri fighters to TIE Slashers His Squadron was moved to special operations and got some Independance when it comes to dealing with local threats, untill age of 20 Cartr's the "Black Sqadron" was fear of all minor Pirates that even tried to operate in Imperial Space. now at Rank of Captain he leads in fact 3 squadrons: "Black Wing" 191, 203 and 199 Squadron. And now his main objective is to show all Enemies of Empire that in fact he is "The Fear of all Pilots". After that he fought at batles for Kalee and other Imperial Dominions, his Fighter wing also worked during other operatins, but due to some problems, they could not fight during NIO-TSE War.

Sitting in Cockpit of his made to order TIE Slasher, he is leading one of Imperial Elite Squadrons The Black Wing, the Squadron is well known in Imperial Navy for Black painted Starfighters with White Markings.
