Private Cargo Unknown

A nose bleed? Better than being knocked out and perhaps a good part in learning to not be overeager. Loïc took out a tissue from his pocket and handed it too her so that she could make a bit less of a mess.

Almost expressionless, he looked back at her as she spoke of what she percieved as her many failures. Soon, he stood up and walked over to her "I do not know you Master and I do not know what she will do once we get back to the Temple." he said honestly, clasping his hands behind his back. "But you cannot abandon your responsibilities and duties just because someone else would do it better. We grow, not only through our victories, but also our defeats." He paused and kneeled down to put a hand on her shoulder "You won't be any less worthy of being part of our Order. We are not part of it because of our many successes. We are part of the order because we are followers of the light and want to do what is right."

Loïc was starting to miss Yannick. The Varactyl was a true and loyal friend and importantly, one whom did not complain very much. His gaze shifted to Mi'la as he stood back up. "So, Padawan, how do you make time pass when you can't move properly?" he asked, moving back to the wall he had been leaning back against, prepared to take a seat unless she suggested something different.

Mi'la gave a half amused smile as she would take the tissue from the knight and begin to fix her bleeding nose. As he began to lecture her again about failing in her responsibilities and how she wasn't going to get in trouble back at the academy, Mi'la could only sigh, as she felt the man didn't understand why she was so upset; he was a man after all, so it was to be expected. Mi'la set her hand on Loic's shoulder, her eyes opening to meet his as she would give a nod to show she understood. She held back on asking him about his responsibilities, or about having made her responsible for fixing his own craft; nothing good would come of it, and she was probably so frustrated right now she wasn't being sensible. "I'm not abandoning anything. I'm merely frustrated may my own failings, and that I'm going to have to have it beaten over my head that I failed for the next month. It's a tad annoying I'd say." She was fully aware of the importance, but so many times it felt like it was meant to be demeaning, to keep one humble. Neither of which sat right with her, but she knew all too well how many egos lived in those temples. Mi'la closed her eyes, focusing on continuing her healing process, only to hear Loic question how she was going to spend her time.

Opening her eyes, she looked to him and shrugged, and found she could almost move her shoulders without them going numb. "I was going to practice my healing trace, hoping it'll make the numbness wear off faster." She paused, using her issued tissue to stem another flow of blood that began to trickle out of her nose. It was rather annoying now, tickling the inside of her nose as it flowed out. Tilting her head back once more, Mi'la would go into her trace, hoping that her efforts would pay off. The security officers would eventually leave the pair to their own devices, putting in a call for maintenance to come and repair the door that Loic had destroyed. "What are we going to do about the ship?" She asked, keeping her eyes closed as she would give a small lapse in her focus.

"Okay" he said, looking at her as she spoke of her frustrations and annoyances. "If you ever feel like you are at a loss, reflecting over the Jedi Code could be of value." he said, hoping that she would find the wisdom to centre herself and to find peace. Frustrations and annoyances could lead down a dark path but Mi'la seemed to be bright enough to set herself straight if given the time and right advice. His was but the first step - but the rest would fall upon her Master. Loïc was not very good at making other people feel good about themselves and so, he left the matter at that.

Looking to her, the Knight nodded and was just about to speak when she asked about the ship. "I will seek out Yalett once you can move and we will work something out. Otherwise, the investigators should be able to give us a lift home." With almost a begrudging tone, he continued "In the worst case, we can take the shuttle and send for someone to get this mess cleaned up." The Nubian stood back up again and took a few steps towards the entrance.

With a slight turn, he looked to her "You better get started on that healing trance of yours. If we are lucky, help will be here by the time you are done." With that, he turned to watch the entrance. If the repair crew needed help which was easy enough for him to provide, he wouldn't mind giving them a hand. But his main objective now was to ensure that they would be alright until they could finally leave.

Listening to the words of the knight, Mi'la found them to be of little comfort. Rather than tell Loic this however, she merely let the man carry on in lecturing her. His advice was well meaning, but seemed to be ill placed. She felt that she hadn't accomplished much on this mission, only learning of her faults, of her failings. She had character flaws, she was aware of that, though no one was truly safe from that aspect of life. Yet, she felt that this mission had only been a setback on her growth, that at every step it felt that Loic had condemned her, or perhaps she was overthinking things. Whatever it was, the feelings she felt now were of frustrations over her failings. Loic had told her to meditate on the jedi code, but the code never truly brought her peace. What did bring her peace, was helping others, using her gifts to set things right, and succeeding rather than being told how her every step was a failure on her part. The Twi'lek scowled, her healing trance now broken, as she found she now sat alone within the station; aside from the security personnel who...well she didn't know what they were doing truth be told.

Sitting in her thoughts, Mi'la could only wonder what her fate in the order would be. Right now, it felt that she was doomed to be a padawan forever. After taking a long moment to herself, she would make her way to her feet, and begin to walk, seeking to return to the ship and hopefully put this experience behind her. She certainly had a long road ahead of her.
