Careful where you hitchhike, not all places are friendly

Before Klunk could respond another did it for him. Looking to where the voice had come Malice laid eyes on a rather attractive Twi'lek female. Letting a small smile cross his face Malice motioned for her to take a seat.

*Hello there* He said, getting the greetings out of the way. *The information I require is any I can get my hands on. I have been left out of the loop as to the going ons in this galaxy, so I am catching up*

His waitress had arrived with his drink. Looking to the female Malice motioned to the waitress. *Get my lady friend here whatever drink she would like* He looked to her, crimson eyes scanning over her body. *By the way I didn't get your name. You can call me Altaiir* Malice used his fathers name, choosing to keep his hidden for the time being.

Christian laguhed to himself as the rather rude customer barked at him in response to his suggestion. He was then advised by a passing red Twi'Lek that his customer knew best, though considering he never gave his last name when asked, there were only a few who knew he even owned the casino they were standing in.

"Just trying to help, big man.", Christian said as his head turned, golden eyes following the swaying form of the female Twi'Lek. It was a pleasure to be a man. He could look where he pleased, and as much as he wanted, given he was tough enough to ward off any boyfriends. All at the expense of being called rude or a pig, but who cared, really?

Refel snarled slightly at the red twi'lek who he thought was mocking him, and Refel didn't like to be mocked. And then the man next to him started laughing, which made Refel's thought of being mocked grow stronger in his mind. Refel growled rather loudly, and then started trying to calm himself down, he wasn't here to start a fight, he was here to track a Jedi.

Then the human had said that he was just trying to help and Refel decided that was a good enough apology for his conduct. Though, the twi'lek had not apologized for there behavior, Refel glanced around for the twi'lek only to see she was now sitting near his prey.

"Oh good, more interference." he snarled. Refel turned to the man next to him. "Tell me, is anyone here any good at gambling that you know of?" Refel hated gambling, he really did, but it might be beneficial to act like he was doing something instead of staring at the prey like a hawk, besides, people noticed hawks, and Refel didn't want to be noticed.

While waiting for the woman to answer Malice looked to Klunk.

*Go and find the owner of this establishment. I believe if anyone here should have information of use to me, this person would*

Malice then turned back to the beautiful Twi'lek.

*So....your name?*

"I'm not bad at rolling the dice.", Christian proclaimed as he glanced from the young, red Twi'Lek over to Refel. His golden eyes watched him for a moment as he took a sip of his whiskey, and as he swallowed it down he lowered the glass to the bar top and smirked at him, knowing it was the slightest and most subtle things that set hot heads off, and he rather enjoyed the fact that the angry patron seemed to be on a certain streak that night.

It didn't take long for his eyes to lose interest, however, and soon Christian's golden eyes shifted back over to the pretty Twi'Lek. He looked her up and down, taking not of her supple endowments before his eyes stopped on her face and he smiled. "Having a nice night?", he asked, raising his glass to the woman before taking another sip from it.

Anaya knew when someone was looking at her, a smirk appeared n her face but she did not look back at Slade, let him look, maybe if he plays the game well enough he can have more. The growls were ignored, let the beast come at her, he would suffer. She snapped her mind back to the present, and to the man before her "Lady Apoleia," Anaya offered her business name and gave a small inclination of her head "at your service. I own a few establishments across the galaxy, this one isn't included, but it pays to keep an eye on your competitors." She tilted her head, aware of the eyes on her again.

She glanced Christian's way eyes glittering. "No, I have to pay for my drinks, and that is never a good start to an evening." she replied her smirk returning, as the bartender handed her the one Malice had ordered. She lifted it, eyes not leaving Christian's face, and took a sip before returning her attention to the information seeker. "I can get you whatever information you require, Mister..." she smiled "My my, I have given you my name and failed to ask for yours. How uncouth of me."

Malicve raised an eyebrow, watching as her attention was split momentarily. Briefly his eyes too looked to where she glanced and spoke towards. He noticed Christian and Refel, but paid them no mind. Instead he too looked back at Anaya as she continued to speak. She must have missed him introducing himself over the loud noise in the room. No matter, her beauty was enough to cause him to repeat himself.
*Good to meet you Lady Apoleia, You may call me Altai'ir. I am.....from a quiet part of the galaxy where we have been out of touch with the rest of the galaxy since the start of that nasty plague that ended so long ago* He paused, taking a sip of his drink before continuing.
*Tell me....would you happen to know the ruler of this planet? Surely with you owning several businesses you must be rather high up in the power chain here*
Outwardly Malice appeared fine, inwardly however he could feel the pheremones of the Zeltros. Not used to being round them like Apoleia or Christian Malice had to be extra mindful not to get caught up in their party fever.

"Yes Master." Klunk said to the order given to him. Klunk then got up and headed to the bar. "Anyone know who the owner of this establishment is?" He asked in his robotic voice. He wasn't speaking to anyone in particular, so he hoped someone would actually hear him throu the noise of the Casino.

Christian didn't move from his place. He, instead, watched the Twi'Lek with interest, his eyes shifting to Malice and the droid with him a couple of times as they spoke. He then took another sip of his drink before he reached down and rested the glass on one of his knees. "You don't look like the type that ever really pays for her own drink. At least, not often at all."

As he waited for a response he smirked, glancing back over to Malice as he said, "You into strange dudes with white hair or what?"

Anaya snorted. If she had any power in Republic space she was blind to it. "On the contrary," she replied "Zeltros falls into Republic space, I have about as much power here as your droid does. Still, you don't need power to gain knowledge."

Christian was vying for her attention again and she sighed and jabbed a thumb towards him. "That's the owner." she took a step back so they could see each other before finally answering his quip. "I don't pay for drinks because I drink in my own establishments Mister...Slade isn't it? You see the wonderful thing about my business is that it is more than just a place to drink. Every staff member I own is trained to pay attention and to glean information from people. One of them frequents this Casino to keep an eye on how well you're doing but they had an...unfortunate accident." Anaya had killed her for selling information about Anaya's own business. "As such, I'm forced to do my own dirty work until I've replaced her. Still," she smiled at Altai'ir "opportunities often present themselves in the strangest of places."

Hearing the man speak Malices attention now was on him. So that was the owner of this place......and she was another business owner as well. Perhaps the planet itself was owned by business men and women such as these two. Turning back to Lady Apoleia Malice simply smiled back.

*So I am to assume this planet is run by a group of business partners like yourselves?* He paused to down the rest of his ale* Forgive me for asking but you see......I have not travelled the galaxy in over 400 years so I am out of touch with thew who's who of the universe*

Malice didn't like revealing too much about himself. However if he didn't give a little he wouldn't get anything back in return. Looking over to Christian Malice merely smirked. * Care to join us Mr. Slade?* Malice offered the man a seat, still not knowing that Refel was eyeing him down.

Refel scooted slightly in his seat and watched the 'Jedi' call Mr. Slade, ; the man who he had been sitting next to, and the apparent owner of the establishment; over to join him at there table. The wraith-like creature glared at the 'Jedi' wondering how he would carry through with this slight plan that was working into his head. "Mr.Slade, would you be so kind as to give this drink over to that white-haired je-fellow, over there?" he said, trying his best to sound kind and respectful. With that Refel set the drink down on the table and began circling the room, aiming to go to the next table over from the group of people and to attempt to eavesdrop there conversation, and learn whatever Jedi secrets he could.

Christian glanced from Anaya to Malice and then to Refel. He then pointed to the drink Refel had bought for the other guest and shortly after a young waitress came and picked it up from the table and brought it to Malice. The only one of the group Christian had even seen to be half polite was the white haired man who'd asked him if he would like to join them, and even then, he'd only just met the man. He couldn't know for sure if he could trust him at all just yet, but as far as manners were concerned, he had the best.

Rising from his seat, Christian meandered over with a confident smirk on his face. As he reached the table he sat down, crossed his right leg over his left knee and began playing with the armrest of the seat. The edge of it had been chipped and the would was peeling off, and so, he picked at it out of slight boredom. Soon he lost interest, though, and reached out to grab his glass of whiskey from the place he'd sat it on the table. He raised it and tipped it to the bottom of his lip to take a sip just as he listened to the red Twi'Lik talk. She was long winded, and as he tried to pay attention to what she was saying, Christian was quickly reminded about how disinterested he became in women when they talked too much about things that didn't interest him.

"Well, then...", Christian said, reaching out and setting his glass back on the table as his amber eye fell on @[member="Anaya Fen"] "I'm going to have to ask you to leave, my dear. I'm not much on liars or whores, not to call you a liar or a whore, I guess, but you did just admit that you were keeping tabs on me and my dealings here in my establishment.", he said, glancing over to Malice and smiling at the man, nodding ever so slightly as he glanced back Anaya. "Since you're not here to warm my bed, drink my alcohol or gamble your money away, I kindly ask that you get the hell out."

Seeing that the owner of the casino had been found, Klunk returned to his Malice. "Master, anything else you need me to do?" Klunk hoped he didn't interrupt anything as he stood next to his Master, who had been gathering quite the people to him.

Anaya smirked but she didn't move. "Make me." she purred in response to Christian's request for her to leave.

Tye entered the casino hoping to find some sort of action. Some sort of entertainment. He had is black robe on with his black mask with a gold T down the middle of his mask. He new from previous experiences from other force users that they could since a wound in Tyes force. Even non force users could tell something wasn't right about him. When he entered the casino he knew people's eyes were on him, but he just kept walking toward the bartender. As soon as he reached the bartender he removed his mask with his hood still up, and sat down. "I'd like a drink.. The strongest kind."

Malice said nothing as Christian came to join them. With the man however a waitress also appeared with a drink he didn't order and placed it infront of him.
"Here you are sir, the gentlemen over there got this for you"
Gentlemen? Rather surprised at the act Malice looked in the direction the waitress pointed at the bar counter. No one was there, only an empty seat. Both Malice and the waitress looked perplexed before she left, the white haired sith shrugging his shoulders. Turning back to the two before him Malice grasped the drink, smelling it a bit first and not noticing anything strange he took a swig. Looking Klunk when the droid returned Malice nodded in response to his question.
*Yes. I want you to keep notes on this conversation Klunk. I think it will be very interesting* Turning back to the two Malice leaned into the table a bit closer, speaking now so his voice could be heared by only the four of them.

*So, now that the three of us are at the same table let us cut to the chase. I am a simple man who wants to learn all he can about the galaxy as it is now. Who are the power players moving about, which factions or empires are dominant. And more specifically.....what has become of the Sith?*

By that last question Malice would assume they would now know who and what he was. Then again he never once tried to hide his aura when he entered the establishment, the place itself holding its own dark aura about it. Malice had an inkling someone or both were keeping a secret as well. Malice didn't out right say he was a Lord of the Darkside, only hinted to his connection with it.

"There is no more Sith Empire.. There are only smaller factions. The republic is the big power house here." Tye said while sipping his drink he glanced over at the white haired man. Tyes eyes a cold ice blue. "There are other Sith though but all the sith are to busy bickering on who should be a leader to get anything done." Tye gulped the rest of his drink down and ordered another one.

Hearing yet a new voice Malices attention turned to see who it was that spoke. A man is who Malice stared at, not surprisingly one he did not know. Having heard his words it displeased the old Sith. To hear the Republic had become a major power in the galaxy, while the Sith were reduced to small, bickering factions.

*You don't say* Malice looked to his droid, a smirk on his face. *Klunk I think we have a new mission* Malice looked back to the guests at his table. Though neither of them said it, the casino and bar was saturated in the darkside which only meant one thing. Sith were present. Excluding himself Malice figured the others were the two before him, however they kept it hidden rather well. Being one as steeped in the force as he, it wasn't easy to hide auras from him. Taking his drink in hand Malice downed it in one giant gulp.
*So.....where is the best place to begin Sith hunting?* Malice knew now what had to be done. Information about this seemingly new galaxy can wait.

Anaya's eyes were fixed on Christian, daring him to make her move. She tore them away when the Jedi spoke up, answering Malice's question. She smiled and leant forward. "You start, at the end of the Hydian Way. It would be ill advised to hunt them." Anaya was not hiding her presence in the force at all, there was no need. She wasn't a threat to the Republic, she was however, a threat to the sith. She knew by hunting, this man intended to join them. Anaya Fen was not a fool.

"Those who are smart are scattered across the galaxy. You might find more among the ranks of the Fringe Lords."
