Can't change the URL in my sig or paste Notepad writings...

I got a replacement laptop and came here to RP again, but I noticed something wrong when I tried posting my new character profile... and then again afterwards when I tried changing my URL in my sig... I can't paste my notepad writings even after allowing the site to access my clipboard... and changing URLs is now harder than normal

Windows 7, like the one that was stolen from me before getting this replacement
