Can staff still delete sub-accounts?

I ain't exactly sure if this is the right place to be putting this question but I got a quick question. Can staff still delete sub-accounts as I have far too many unused accounts that I would like to have deleted and I would like to make another account but do not wish to do so until I have most of them deleted.

Why don't you just re-use a subaccount?

Staff does not currently delete subaccounts. However you can request for an account to be renamed in the Rank Title Request Thread.

That's odd, considering I've noticed a particular account having all of its subaccounts deleted, the writer for which now manages character posts under their writer account. I'm not trying to start something, just curious why one account can have subs deleted but not others.

Because when we allowed people to delete or merge accounts we got a lot of 'buyer's regret', and there's no way to undo it.

So we don't do it any more.

The person in question was a one-off request due to OOC circumstances which I cannot discuss.
