Calling all zoologists, Xenopaleontologists, archaeologists, naturalists, and scientists in general!

In recent years, there have been bits and pieces of evidence fueling rumors that a long extinct animal known by its common name of the Zenithian Agamarian Beast has actually survived in the Brinka Forests of Agamar. Mark gotten permission to launch an expedition to search for this creature. Any naturalists, Xenopaleontologists, archaeologists, and zoologists are welcome.

Jedi archaeologist and historian, primarily focused on civilizations, cultures and folk lore of the Outer Rim.

One caveat is that, because he's a Clone Wars era Jedi, there's a gap in his knowledge of history from 19 BBY to current year.
 
I love this type of storyline and hope you get a good response. My suggestion is to open it up to salvagers and smugglers (especially if there are usable resources on the planet) and then you may widen the pool of characters would could come along on this cool sounding adventure. :)

As Tmoxin suggested you might want to open it up a bit. For example, an expedition into a jungle might require a small band of mercs to help protect your findings and your lives!
