Skilled in the Force:
Being picked up at a young age by a group of Jedi Monks, he was trained in the purely defensive side of the force, knowing Telekinesis, Force jump, and Speed. This allows him to hold his own against much more skilled opponents, without attacking.
Trained in Soresu:
Being trained in an advanced form of Soresu, he is skilled in the art of defensive, being taught with but a staff the aspects of the most defensive saber style. However, this is a double edged sword, and means he can only attack from a counter attack, leaving him vulnerable to long winded fights.
Pacifist:
Being trained by a group of Pacifist Jedi monks, has left him with a certain sense of duty. He made a vow not to kill, or attack an opponent unless his life is in critical danger. This means he refuses to fight an opponent, and can lead him into situations, which can endanger his life.
Small Knowledge:
Being raised by monks, he has little knowledge of anywhere but his home. He knows not of ships, blasters, or bounty hunters. This leaves him vulnerable to the Outside world, making him easily manipulable.

Appearance:
He has a clear, spotless face. He has gleaming, bright blue eyes, with slight stubble on his chin and cheeks. He wears a Jedi inspired monastery robe, equipped with a a satchel, and small cloak. He carries a small staff on his person, in-case he gets into any trouble.

Biography:
Cali-Bur was born Sernpidal, to a family of fugitives trying to escape the hutts, as they were being chased for stealing a large sum of credits from their personal stash. They were always on the run from somebody, or from someplace. They were common criminals, but this. This was there worst yet. Having no where else to go, they landed on Sernpidal, knowing it was not densely populated and the hutts didn't have any operatives there. This made them safe, for now.
The couple found a small area of the planet, abandoned during the invasion by the rogue Squadron many years prior. They settled down there, and had a child in a small hut, loving for each other and their child dearly. From a young age they knew their son was force sensitive. He could sense the presence of animals, and read from the age of 3. When he was four years old, his parents had caught wind that that the hutts were about to stage an attack on them, as they were given a tip by a local scrapper, that they had seen a couple with a son, with a large stash of credits.
They knew they didn't want this life for their son, they couldn't let him live on the run, it wasn't right, it wasn't fair. They travelled to a nearby monastery, where they heard rumours of a small group of Jedi monks, who were willing to take and train force sensitive individuals. They walked into the dark and dreary halls, and found a man, who instantly recognised the boy as someone capable of using the force. They offered to take him, and the offer was gladly taken.
His Mother and Father were tortured and killed soon after. In each others arms. Knowing their son was safe.
For the next 13 years, he would be trained in the defensive ways of the force, tested greatly, as the monks only believed in protecting those who could not defend themselves. He was taught Jedi History, and about many great Jedi in the Clone wars. He was taught in the ways of Soresu, and trained in the art of speed and Telekinesis.
When he reached the age of 16, they told him of his parents, and told him he needed to discover his own place in the world, and one day return, perhaps a Jedi Knight.
