Caelus has a carefully engineered appearance to blend seamlessly into Diarch society. Symmetrical features, clean-shaven with neatly styled ash-brown hair, and hazel eyes that shimmer faintly in certain lighting due to their synthetic nature. His skin is flawless, indistinguishable from real flesh, and his musculature is naturally athletic and elegant.
He is often seen in finely tailored attire, typically dark suits or high-collar Diarch uniforms. Professional and noble. No visible signs of augmentation. His internal cybernetics are completely hidden.

HISTORY:
Caelus Vire was designed and grown in the Azure Researsh Center - Shadow lab facility under Rellik's direct oversight, modeled genetically from the Diarch himself but altered for broader social appeal. He was built, programmed, and trained since the laboratories conception. Almost two years in current timeline. Through neural mapping, then live simulations, and finally societal immersion Caelus has built up his world.
Now within Diarchy territory under a fabricated orphan-to-elite narrative he lives away from the Diarch and most other members of their society. Rising in Diarchy society as a prodigious young diplomat who was witty, eloquent, and dependable. But behind his every achievement is a deeper, darker role. When night falls, and a mask is donned, "NIHIL" awakens.
Designed to eliminate threats without trace or trial, NIHIL has removed rogue senators, silenced betrayers, and toppled dissident cults — all without compromising the smiling face of Caelus Vire.
Every mission is logged deep within encrypted databanks that only the High Adjudicator of the Diarchs intelligence agency (The Network) and Diarch Rellik himself can access.
Caelus refers to Rellik as "Father" when alone.
PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS:
Caelus displays warmth, compassion, and charm in public. He is a skilled conversationalist who can blend into any social group. He expresses belief in the Diarchy's mission of peace through order and views himself as a living example of its meritocratic ideals.
In private, he is calculating and cold. He is not cruel but he is unflinchingly efficient. He obeys Rellik not only through code but through a kind of reverence instilled deep within his programming.
His programming does not permit rebellion but it does allow advancement of his processing. Able to formulate and introspect on new ideas so he may mold better into either high society or missions.
