• Description: The Cadera-Feanor-Corek estate is a 25,000 acre sprawling palatial estate built for the sole purpose of housing and protecting the entirety of the Cadera-Feanor-Corek family

POINTS OF INTEREST

• Main House
  • Master Bedroom: The marital bedroom of Yasha Cadera, Alexandra Feanor and Noah Corek. The room is not as opulently furnished as one would expect, a bed, a sofa and loveseat combo, a few relatively inexpensive paintings on the wall. Connected to the bedroom is a massive bathroom and a just as massive walk-in closet. This room is course sound-proofed.
  • Kids Bedrooms: In order to house the large brood of children that was/is sired by Yasha, Alex and Noah there was a requirement for a large amount of bedroom, about a dozen in total to house said brood but also to house children of any family or friends that might be visiting. These rooms are sound-proofed as well so the children can enjoy their leisure activities without bothering other residents.
  • Kitchen: Also in order to feed the large brood of children, and to feed Noah's guilty pleasure of cooking, a large restaurant grade kitchen was built into the estate capable of cooking anything from small personal meals to feasts fit for dozens of guests.
  • Yasha's Garden and Botany Lab: The domain of Yasha Cadera, the garden and botany lab is where Yasha ply's and perfects her trade of terraforming devastated worlds and helping them regrow their flora.
  • Alex's Tree: The domain of Alexandra Feanor this tree is a strong light side nexus that is literally half of Alex, the tree being a crucial thing to her that literally holds part of its life force, one could say the entire estate was built to protect this tree.
  • Noah's Workshop and Armory: The domain of Noah Corek it is part workshop and part armory, this is where Noah tinkers with all of his personal weapons projects and projects for his company. It also doubles as an armory for Noah to store all his weapons.
  • Study: A large study furnished with three desk, two made of veshok wood and one from wood from Echani willow wood, this is where the ladies and lord of the estate conduct their business of both a personal and business nature.
  • Gym: The gym of the estate is one you might expect to find in a high class members only gym, everything from weight machines to tanning beds to ice baths to hot tub to massage machines.
  • Library: A two story library that rivals many university libraries in size and contents, containing everything from children pop-up books, history volumes to even a few rare books worth a lot of money.
  • Safe Room: Less a room and more of a massive underground apartment this safe room is situated twenty-five meters below the main estate and is ensconced in five centimeters of diatium armor plating and a centimeter of neuranium, it is stocked with enough food, water, medicine and toiletries to comfortably house the estates occupants and about a dozen more people for two and a half years.
• 4x Guest Houses
  • Master Bedroom: These bedrooms are furnished similar to the master bedroom in the main estate house with a large bathroom, walk-in closet and are sound-proofed as well.
  • Kids Bedrooms: Each guest house is also equipped with four childrens bedrooms also furnished comparably to their main estate counterparts and are sound-proofed similarly.
  • Kitchen: While not equipped as well as the main estates kitchen the guest house kitchens are more than well enough equipped to easily cook for the inhabitants of the house.
• Outlying Estate
  • Landing Pad: Situated on the edge of the estate this landing pad consists of a pad, hangers for up to six small craft and the necessary facilities to fix and refuel said ships.
  • Crop Fields: Dotted around the estate are various crop fields growing various types of crops to feed the estates inhabitants and any excess crops are donated to local food banks or sold to local businesses. Some of these fields also grow medicinal crops to be used and donated/sold.
  • Greenhouses: While the crop fields grow plants that can thrive in Alderaan's climate there are also various greenhouses dotted around the estate that can grow plants in simulated environments so more exotic crops can be grown. Just like the crops fields these greenhouses all grow medicinal crops as well.
  • Moisture Farms: Six moisture farms are dispersed around the estate to both provide drinking water for the inhabitants and to give water for irrigation to the crop fields and greenhouses.
  • Game Preserve: Three game preserves are distributed throughout the estate and are stocked with various animals suitable for non-dangerous hunts to provide meat and hides.
  • Artificial Lake: Positioned behind the main estate house is a large freshwater lake that taps into a aquifer situated below the estate to provide fresh water to the estate house and is also stocked with fish for eating.
