Special Features: Able to be turned on and off, and quick battery replacement.
Description: The C-PES is a small personal shield that clips to the belt of its user. When turned on, it produces a bubble shaped shield around the wearer. The shield is resistant to Energy Weapons, but loses energy with each it. Its energy also degradates over time. The battery can be replaced in the heat of battle, but not while engaged. One would have to take the device off, open it with a few quick turns, and swap the battery out. Each battery sold with the device is also rechargeable.
