Description: The C-PES is a small personal shield that clips to the belt of its user. When turned on, it produces a bubble shaped shield around the wearer. The battery can be replaced in the heat of battle, but not while engaged. One would have to take the device off, open it with a few quick turns, and swap the battery out. Each battery sold with the device is also rechargeable.
