Strengths:
Stealthy: BX-G Commandos come with intense stealth programming. Understanding of different species behavior, culture, and etc means that the BX-G can navigate most planets and cultures and stay undetected, especially with their multi spectrum disguise suit. Some of this data is rather outdated, but Gold Lotus is constantly updating any inconsistencies they find.
Blood Hound: BX-G commando droids are able to track individuals like a blood hound, using hunter killer and assassin droid programming, as well as their DNA tracing module, they can track any biological being with ease across nearly any environment.
Sturdy: The BX-G was designed to be the ultimate combat droid during the Clone Wars. Millions of credits were dumped into their construction to obtain Phrik to coat the droids with, giving them paramount protection at the time. Today this level of defense is no longer unequal, but is still certainly respectable.
Weaknesses:
Expensive: During the clone wars these droids were impossibly expensive, only a few thousand being produced compared to the millions of their B1 and B2 counterparts. Although Gold Lotus never had to pay for their production cost, the amount of money the organization has sunk into updating and repairing the units they've salvaged nearly matches what the Techno Union spent on them.
Acidic Weakness: The self destruct mechanisms of the BX-G are tiny acidic capsules placed in key locations of the droid, capable of wiping all data and important pieces within the droid. Thus, the droid was specifically designed with a weakness to acids, which the clones were not known to use regularly.
Hackable: Although at the time of their first construction these droids would have been near unhackable, their programming is rather outdated by modern standards and easily bypassed and sliced.
Just an Illusion: Although the disguise unit they have is quite convincing any sort of metal detector or physical pat down will quickly show the illusion for the disguise it is.
DESCRIPTION
Near the end of the Clone Wars, the techno union was inspired by General Grievous (most likely directly instructed by the general) to further continue the B series of droid in his image. They were originally designed to be a small private army for the general, yet he would meet his demise shortly before their completion. With the Republic, now turned Empire crushing the seperatists at every turn, the Techno Union would load their droids onto a single massive cargo ship and hide it at the fringes of the galaxy to stop the Republic from getting ahold of them. It was here that Gold Lotus would find them.
Having been given a hint from a hutt that she had done business with, Myra had personally led the expedition on board the ship to find the droids. The ship had, thankfully, been undisturbed due to its secluded location within the massive galaxy and they managed to gain entry without much trouble. What took the most time was hiring trustworthy slicers able to reprogram the droids as well as mechanics who could upgrade them to more modern standards. The outfitting is still not complete, but with a few hundred operational, and more coming online daily, the Gold Lotus Syndicate would have a huge boost to its power and numbers. Soon they, and Black Sun, would use these droids to carve out their place in the galaxy.
