Question buildings?

i have been wandering where i would put a factory like building, its supposed to be like a prefab sort of thing as a way to help determine the ground vehicle production numbers per factory, would that go in technology ?

I would say vehicle. As a guess. Unless it can go into space, in which case starship.

In the past prefab deployable bases have been sub under the general technology template in technology creation.

It's approved so it's fine If its mobile then vehicles is the best place for it, if it's just a deployable base then tech creation.
