GENERAL INFORMATION

• Description: A chitin body armour covers the four legged body of a Phedrak, a large predatory creature that relies on instinct alone. Vicious and large, these hounds hunt and kill their prey in packs like feral dogs.

• Distinctions: A chitin exterior covers a ugly burgundy skin, a large body covered in a flesh exoskeleton. The Phedrak stands at roughly six feet in height at the shoulder, its large form dripping with a thin layer of acidic sweat. The Phedrak has a long face, with a tongue that reaches outward to a total length of thirty feet. The Phedrak's tongue excretes a volatile acid. The Phedrak also has two edged tails, capable of being used independently and are surprisingly strong.

Strengths:

• Tough: The Phedrak's chitin like skin is incredibly tough compared against melee and blasters. Typically taking a tough beating.
• ​Ambidextrous Tails: The Phedrak can use its tails to propel itself around areas, as their strength can easily propel its body. These tails can also be used to stab or restrain enemies.
• ​Sticky Fingers: The Phedrak can climb on most surfaces with ease.
• ​Acidic: The Phedrak has acidic blood, able to spit projectile acid.
• ​Tongue: It's tongue has an impressive length, able to extend up to nearly ten times its length; it can grab onto enemies and pull them toward the Phedrak. The tongue is also coated in acid, making it dangerous to even be in the vicinity of.

Weaknesses:

• Vulnerable Skin: The Phedrak's misshapen burgundy bloody skin is a great deal more vulnerable than the chitin armour that covers its body. Especially its large stomach, this is particularly vulnerable due to its compact nature and size, and can fatally injure the Phedrak.
• ​Drooling: The Phedrak constantly drools, meaning they can be easily tracked and have a difficult time sneaking.

• General behaviour: Their behaviour is comparable to that of a normal feral beast. They are loyal to their owners, but incredibly vicious against outsiders. These animals are trained to hunt and kill.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION:
​One of the few species to survive on Draemidus Prime, the Phedrak are as vicious as they come. When the Draelvasier originally existed on the planet, they used the Phedrak as their noble steads. When the Drael returned, the Phedrak recognised and submitted to their ancestral masters.

The Bryn'adûl have begun to deploy the Phedrak as part of a recon subsidiary of the Drones.
