SPECIAL FEATURES
- Rangefinder Helmset: - These fashions Include a wireless communications headset with polarized electronic glasteel HUD-enabled visor with built-in noise dampening technology. Used to display holographic information on the battlefield and to reduce the wearer's exposure to the nearby sound of unsuppressed gunfire. Gun range approved safety equipment.
- Environmental Underlay: - Fashion include, and are swap compatible with, all known modern personal bodyglove technologies. Please note however that extreme temperature qualifications vary by clothing brand and species.
Strengths:
- Light Armor: - These fashions provide qualified combat protections against modern small arms fire, both energy and ballistic, and from harsh battlefield activity conditions. Including water, fire, abrasive dust, shrapnel debris, and light caustic materials. Dense, insulated, quick to don/doff, and zero maintenance.
- High Caliber: - These fashions may be penetrated by all high caliber military rifles and equipment, both energy and ballistic. Similar, armor penetrating technologies may even overpenetrate the target completely.
DESCRIPTION
Prototyped and developed at the Lianna Academy of Science in 851 ABY, and field tested at Tempest Station, Lianna; these inscrutable fashions are a more-modern investment towards light battlefield protection technology. Fashions formally include the armored coats, the terrestrial bodyglove, pressure collars, boots, and the headset. All in the wearer's size. Of note, these designs were created specifically to accommodate rigorous activity in hazardous terrestrial environments and under unsupervised battlefield considers. Including against dust, water, micro-meteor exposure, flame, and even light chemical abrasion resistances. Crafted with modern armorweave techniques and materials to provide better combat durability ratings.
When integrated, or worn with, any supplementary Smartglove technologies, these fashions can provide additional resilience in any temperature environment. Please note however that in the case of unexpected spacewalk or dedicated EVA, that these fashions offer no protection against solar-grade radiation and this exposure may even degrade the terrestrial materials hourly.
The transparent headset visor is fabricated of glasteel and can be polarize at the touch of a button.
These fashions may be returned to any ATC outlet in the case of repairs or damage, and materials are expected to be held on-hand and made available to the public for the next five years.
