• Modularity: The drugs the system uses can be changed and/or refilled. Other supplies used by the system can also be refilled. The amount of drugs stored can be adjusted by feeding more vials into the system's input port (to a point). The total drug storage capacity varies from armor system to armor system.

  • Interdermal Injection System: The vials are stored in a carousel loader. The storage has to be custom sized for each different armor system, but can be done so using field fabrication equipment. On most configurations this is stored on the back. The injectors are usually located in the upper portion of each limb, with injection sites rotated to prevent injection site tissue damage and encourage effective dispersal through the user's bloodstream.

STRENGTHS​

• Stims: The various stims that can be injected by the system can keep the user conscious and fighting long past the point they should have been able to or can give them that edge they might need to win the day.
• Anti-Virus: The system also comes with a vaccine and/or cures to three known deadly viruses.
• Medical Aid: The system is able to monitor the user in real time, utilizing its vast repository of medical information to release drugs and medication to keep the user operating at peak condition. It is capable of heuristically learning to specifically cater to particular users.
• Bone Repair: With the use of specialized localized carapace knitter injectors, the system can heal fractured bones with minimal risk of overdose.
• Last Resort: If it becomes inevitable that the user will not survive no matter what, the system can release a dose of Cyclone with the user's permission to enable them to give their absolute best in their last moments.
• Back to Life: Most configurations of the 'Gar Baar'ur'-MR Integrated Med-system feature at least a single dose of the Oyayc Revival Serum, which can revive patients from a state of unconsciousness and even death (provided the body has not been dead for more than an hour).
• Bacta Pump: The system can inject bacta into the body, remove it once it was circulated, filter it out, clean it and then inject it back in as required.

WEAKNESSES​

• Power: The Gar Baar'ur-MR doesn't contain a power supply of its own, but rather relies on the power system of the armor that it is mounted in.
• Slicing: While extremely improbable, it is possible for a slicer to slice into the armor the system is mounted in and set the system to release a lethal cocktail of drugs.
• Limited: The system is unable to perform surgery or any other complicated medical procedure.
• Can Only Take So Much: At the end of the day, the body is only capable of taking so much, and as such the system can only help to an extent. After a point, no amount of stims or drugs will save the user.
• Armor: The system has to be integrated into armor to function and does not operate as a standalone device.

DESCRIPTION​

The Gar Baar'ur-MR Integrated Med-system is a refresh of the earlier Gar Baar'ur-M model that features a more improved modular storage system that makes loading all the components of the system considerably easier. The most notable feature that the inclusion of the company's revival serum and the optional configuration option that allows it to be administered when the correct sequence is transmitted by configurable pre-authorized comm units. This feature was included specifically for Strill Securities, but has piqued the interest of some of the company's other customers. Otherwise, the system is virtually identical to its predecessor.​
