Curved-Hilt Lightsaber: Choosing a curved hilt design emulating several Sith Lords of the past. Braxus chose a curved hilt so he could completely utilize the strength of his lightsaber form Djem-So. It provided greater power in his overhead strikes, as well as a subtle alteration to the angles of his strikes that could potentially unbalance his prey.
Bifurcating Cyclical-Ignition Pulse: A rather creative addition by Braxus to ensure his lightsaber would be ready for combat in the most unlikely situation, the Bifurcating Cyclical-Ignition Pulse allows the blade to work even while underwater.
VT-Disruptor Lens: A unique attachment Braxus included in his designs at the urging of his master, the VT-Disruptor Lens allows the blade to cut through creatures with a power gland in their system. As a Hunter, Braxus prefers to be well prepared to take on any threats and Yuuzhan Vong are certainly one he would not forget about.
Dual-Phase Setting: One of the more recent additions to the lightsaber is the Dual-Phase setting that allows Braxus to extend or shorten the blade. This allows Braxus to add an element of surprise in combat by shortening or expanding the lightsabers blade.
Synthetic Lightsaber Crystal: The typical lightsaber crystal forged and utilized by countless Sith for many, many generations. This crimson crystal is forged in hatred, and empowered by the dark side. It generates a slightly stronger blade than that of a natural crystal.
Description: Braxus shirked his previous lightsaber's design in favor of one that emulated his masters, as well as one that augmented his aggressive fighting stile of Form V, Djem-So. He brought together many designs and schematics, utilizing Sith Lore to analyze the examples of other Sith Lords. Ultimately Braxus decided on the curved hilt design, adding in the dual-phase setting and a bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse. Most recently after careful consideration, he added the VT-Disruptor Lense as an extra layer of preparation, and surprise for his enemies.
