SPECIAL FEATURES

• As is befitting the Grove Knight, a Champion of Brosi and protector of the sacred glade, this bracelet links the worthy to the source of the power that resides at the heart of the planet.

STRENGTHS

• Tree Stride and Sure Step (Force Teleportation specific to plants & also inspired by Boots of Swiftness)- the sorcery stored in this item grants its wearer the ability to traverse difficult terrain with ease. Specifically, it makes navigating natural environments particularly simple and grants an inherent knowledge of the easiest path forward through heavily wooded places or areas with thick undergrowth. Additionally and perhaps more spectacularly, this item grants the ability to utilize non-sentient botanicals as a means of mystical travel. Lysander gains the ability to step into tree or other such plant that is at least as large as he is, and move from inside it to inside another tree or plant anywhere on the planet. He may grant this boon to one other sentient, who can then travel with him in such a manner.
• Death From On High (Plant Surge specific to one type of plant)- once per galactic standard week, this bracelet grants its wearer the ability to place their palm against organic material (rock, soil, flesh, etc) and grow a tree from the location chosen (growing time varies from 10 minutes to 10 hours depending on how stealthy the growth is meant to be). The tree is equipped with a discreet ladder and well obscured sniper’s nest, while the entire structure grows to fit into the general biome/ environment it is placed in. Much like the creator of the item that bestows this boon, the resulting tree has some shapeshifting capabilities so that as it grows, it can best tailor itself to fit in with its surroundings. This arboreal tower is a living, semi-permanent structure.
• Blossom Buddy (Language Absorption specific to plants)- this item grants the wearer the ability to speak with botanicals in their immediate vicinity. For non-sentient plants, translation can provide information about events experienced by them within the past galactic standard day, gaining information about creatures that have passed, weather, and other circumstances. For semi-sentient and sentient botanicals, the translation is much more direct and expansive. Translation occurs directly in the mind of the wearer, and botanicals that are being communicated with simply have an intrinsic understanding of what is being conveyed even without spoken words.

WEAKNESSES

• Esoteric Craftsmanship- this bracelet is somewhat sturdier than the average piece of jewelry, however it is still a relatively delicate working and if it is damaged there is only one artisan that could hope to repair it.
• Alien Empathy- a working of powerful sorcery such as this must be used with caution. Gifted to a human, that he might peer beyond the veil of his limited perspective and scope of power, this item has the unintended side effect of exposing Lysander to great mysteries that might otherwise exist outside of his reach. Overuse of these boons can tax the mind of the wearer and expose him to increased risk of madness.

DESCRIPTION
Though A’Mia doesn’t form bonds easily or often, the kinship she has found in Lysander von Ascania is unique and has inspired a protective streak. After the Imperial threat was driven back from Brosi, and the subsequent ritual planting of Psilofyr resulted in rebirth of the planet, A’Mia found herself with access to more resource than ever before. Settling in as governor of Brosi, the neti founded Spore Industries with Lysander as co-owner and soon thereafter began crafting new, powerful artifacts. This item was the first crafted in unison with the planet’s heart, Psilofyr, and gifted to Lysander in the hopes the boons granted by it would serve Lysander well on his various adventures across the galaxy.
