Description: The BR-15 was made in direct response to the production and sale of the infamous K-47 weapons system. It was designed 11 years after the K-47 was developed and started production to give law enforcement and local militia a way to combat the K-47,which by that point had found it's way into the hands of criminals. Just like the K-47 it was designed to be cheap and easy to produce and therefore it could be cranked out in large quantities to match up with the production the K-47's. Just like the K-47 it quickly got its name out and was associated with the 'good guys' while the K-47 was associated with the 'bad guys'. The BR has a few differences from the K-47 and these are quite noticeable. One difference being it less effective yield blast than the K-47 but this allows for less recoil which means more accurate fire at longer ranges. It also,like mentioned before,has a greater range the the K-47 and therefore can pick of targets up to 450 meters. This weapon system is also lighter than the K-47 which means more ammo can be carried and due to this the designers made it so it would have a faster fire rate than the K-47 while on full-auto. A less important feature is the 'burst' fire select option,where as on the K-47 there was only semi and fully auto,this allows for a three bolt burst to be put down range and each hit the intended target easily.
