Ayden Cater the -writer- posted it. Not Ayden Cater the character. That was done through an underworld auction with a robot.

Icly? There are no apparent ties to the robot or the auction with Ayden Cater.

Please don't make assumptions through OOC information.

Just because it was done IC doesn't make an idea less 'bad.' If Sarge shot himself in the foot IC, that would still be a terrible idea.

As far as knowing Ayden is behind it, you'd have to bring that up with him, as he wasn't mentioned in the auction at all - that means you'd have to somehow tamper with the droid.

A droid you can't even locate as being nearby enough to tamper with, because no one was actually physically there with it.

There was no single location. Booths has been set up all over the galaxy to ensure bidder anonymity.

That being said, knowing Ayden, he would be more than willing to allow you to attempt to track down the droid in an attempt to get at him. But that is something to discuss with him.

I'll let [member="Ayden Cater"] speak for himself now - his auction, he'd know what was going on. Frankly, though, so far as I can tell the droid never left the centralized location. Having one droid deliver multiple auction items across the galaxy at the same time is physically impossible.

By all means, if you want to attempt to find out who was behind the auction, you are welcome to set up a thread. But as Sarge pointed out, no one was present in the location with the droid itself.

But as Danger pointed out, at this stage you have exactly 0 evidence or reason to think Ayden was behind the auction.
