Resolved Boost Threads

I can’t seem to find the Boost thread ruleset anywhere, so I was wondering if those threads were no longer viable.

IIRC Boost Threads were removed when the Vault was. But, if you want to do something fun with UC Creds hmu, I'd be happy to help facilitate.
