SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Sensor Cloak
Strengths:
  • Hidden: The Bone Conduction Communication Implant, or BCCI for short is a small device that is surgically implanted beneath the back of the ear of the subject, generally replacing a small piece of the skull. This, as well as it's make up of materials, means it is incredibly difficult to detect and find on scanners, x-rays, and other search methods. This hidden status makes it an incredibly effective tool for when one is captured.
Weaknesses:
  • Broadcast Range: Of course, the BCCI does not have a great broadcast range, it's small form and lack of any real antenna means that it's signal can really only reach a few hundred meters at best. This is usually not an issue because the signal can bounce off other antenna, however in a secure facility this is obviously not possible.
DESCRIPTION
Brought about due to the same circumstances as the Subdermal Implant Knife, the Bone Conduction Communication Implant is a small communicator that has been specifically designed and modified to evade detection.

Utilizing the rather ancient technology known as Bone Conduction, the BCCI functions as any standard communicator would...except it's inside ones skin. This allows the BCCI to avoid being detected by scans, x-rays, and other search methods. Of course being directly inside of a persons skull the audio quality that one 'hears' is actually quite exceptional, though it can get somewhat annoying.

In summation the BCCI is nothing but a standard communicator hidden inside ones person. The benefits of this are more than obvious.

Of course since the device is buried below ones skin activating it can be a bit funny. Gently pressing a finger behind the ear allows one to turn the device on and off, since the communicator can be detected if it is broadcasting a signal.
