SPECIAL FEATURES
Flight Control: Pilot and co-pilots are required to be able to fully control the Bolt.
Sickbay: The Bolt-class’s sickbay is smaller than most and only has one bed fitted, with a desk suited for the medical officer of the vessel.
Engine Room: Below the main deck is where the engine is housed keeping the Bolt moving is no easy task and requires at least two engineers.
Logistics Management: One person operates supplies and personnel on the Bolt.
Security/Tactics: Two and they’ll have to dual role as the Bolt requires two gunners.
Crew Cabins: Four to a room, two bunks in each with lockers and chests for storage.
Day Room: Is the main part of the deck, holds the holo table and communicator for longer range communications and mission planning.
Officer Cabins: Two to a room, this is meant to be shared by both junior and senior officers.
Galley: A small kitchenette where the crew can prepare meals for themselves, it is located within the day room.
Command Pit: Sitting behind flight control is the commanding officer’s seat and around him or her is the rest of their bridge crew. It is called the pit because of the steps down you must take to get to it.
Fitness Center: A standard on most ships but is a feature here as it also comes equipped with a sauna to make fitness just a little bit easier.
Munitions Storage: The Bolt's payload is divided into several storage units and are made ready to load. Payloads are stored along the Engine Room's outer walls.
Cargo Lounge: Just before you get to the cargo area, there's a small lounge where drinks are served, card games thrive and a little music is played.

Strengths:
[+] Agile: Smaller and more manoeuvrable than her big sisters, the new Bolt II doubles down on this approach with an uprated engine.
[+] Pack Mentality: Carried over from the original Bolt, she is still built to be deployed as part of a pack. Bolt sections operate in groups of four to increase their effectiveness.
[-] Pack Mentality: Even with an updated armour, and improved shielding the Bolt still does not bode well on her own. Alone, she’s quite vulnerable to capital ship weaponry who might be able to pick her off easily.
[-] Missiles: Lacking any anti-missile ordinances, the Bolt relies on her sisters the Dagger and the Fortan to eliminate them from the field of battle. Otherwise, she’s quite vulnerable to them even in a section of four Bolts.
The Bolt I was a huge success, so much so that when it came to making the Bolt II. Cloud City Imperial Shipworks received a hefty donation from Ms. McBose, Ms. McBose who led the original Bolt I project. Donated and then sponsored the Bolt II project, which would see the Bolt shift from intruder missiles to plasma torpedoes. Raleigh Montague, Fiolette Yvarro and Eric Fordham (Commandant of Naval Engineering) decided to rework the Bolt’s role.
With the advancement of the Mukhtiar-class, the need for heavy anti-fighter screen rolled to it. And while the Bolt II can most certainly assist in providing screens. The focus shifted to knocking down shields and making it easier for larger vessels to penetrate the enemy shields and eventually their hulls.
As the project neared completion, the Tarkin Naval Foundation and Bespin Imperial Society worked to move many of the older and soon to be phased out Bolt I’s. They moved them from the First Order Navy and into the All Surface Guard. There are talks to keep a reserve of older Bolts and provide them to local planetary defence forces or the naval reserves but as of now, no official decisions have been made.
The Bolt II’s will be produced at Keskin’s Imperial Shipworks Facility, Coveway, Varunda IX and Vassek’s Canyon Imperial Shipworks. They’re expected to be integrated into the fleet within the next quarter as the first models begin to roll out of production.
