DESCRIPTION
Harvested from the extensive root networks of the Bojo'uomo tree, Bojo'uomo Hardwood is a commonly-used material for common furniture and other traditional wood usages, including Ra'Kathan weapons and Wan'anteen armor, due to the fact that its density and resistivity are comparable to some metals. Unlike its cousin, the Bojo'uomo softwood that is harvested from the aboveground trunk and branches of the Bojo'uomo tree, Bojo'uomo hardwood is much denser and generally tougher, as well as much more common.

Although it is not considered a high-value material in terms of decoration, it is still vital to both the Dejoka'ar and Wan'anteen cultures, used in armor, construction, dwellings, and even weapons (handles and shafts, or in the case of primitive weapons, the entire body and blade). When it comes to Ra'Kathan architecture, Hardwood is an extremely common material and can be found in many Ra'Kathan buildings.
