Originally the beginnings of a rough 'uniform' for the Blue Coral Divers clan, the Sea Witch Poncho is designed to be warm and soft, providing protection against the cold, rain, and wind. The fabrics used have a capability of expanding when damp, preventing more water from seeping through, while keeping the wearer's body heat close to the body. As the fabric dries, it thins out, providing sun protection while remaining cool for the wearer. The Blue Coral Divers Clan wear these as a pretty standard piece of utility garb, but also as a way to identify who they are to others.
