Public Black, White And Red All-Over

The sight of it all is sickening... Imperial corpses, torn to pieces and left about like some sort of clutter in a hoarders' den. Pristine white armor, smeared with mud, blood and excrement, bits of muscle, bone and flesh hanging from the shattered armor and ripped body suits underneath the violated virgin white.

Reports were suggesting that the suspect responsible was perhaps Jedi, but after seeing this, Garo can confirm without a doubt that it is not a Jedi- If it were, something went seriously wrong with them mentally. That thought alone makes Garos' synthetic skin crawl. The Imperial Security Bureau is already at the scene, taking their imagery and bagging up the evidence they need for their investigation. In a planet-wide city, murders aren't uncommon, but ones this... Gruesome are typically treated with a little bit more enthusiasm. Especially when the victim or victims is within the Imperial ranks.

Garo is on the scene for a different reason. While the ISB are there to investigate the crime, Garo is there to investigate the culprit. He has been chasing this bounty across Coruscant for a few days now, and this was the most recent of his crimes. It started off low-scale. The bounty was for the capture of an armed robber that stole a few thousand from a casino three days ago. Between now and then, the order has changed. Now- Garo is after an armed serial killer, wanted dead-or-alive.

Garo takes a deep breath, trying to pick up on any distinct smells. The only notable scent is the wafting of decay and stale blood lingering across this dingy apartment. It was pretty obvious to tell, but Garo got the specifics from the ISB Investigators around him. This squad was tasked with arresting the robber, and were met with a trip-wire explosive.

It took out the whole squad...

Garo reaches into his coat, and draws a cigarette from within. He brings his left hand up to his face and snaps his fingers, making the tip of his thump pop open on a release hinge, revealing a plasma lighter underneath, primed and ready for use. With the ignition of his cigarette, and a few disapproving glares from the ISB Agents around the room, he closes his thumb with a small little click, and brings the sme hand up to his temple, tapping it twice.

This opens up his false left eye horizontally, revealing the real, mechanical lense underneath. As the red glow begins to scan around the room, immediately a trail of footprints are spotted. Faint- but there. Garo says nothing to the ISB, he simply makes his way towards the trail, following it with mind and body alike.

It trails out of the apartment into the streets. A lower-class district that Garo can't be bothered to remember the name of, (He's always hated Coruscant.) An amalgamation of different faces riddle the street in either direction. Some staring, most lost in their own world with their own issues. Despite the density of the crowd, Garo is able to keep on the trail. Checking shoulders, and ignoring excuses in doing so- Garo trails their path with utter intent and focus. All the way into some dive cantina.

Garo walks into the door, and immediately is hit with a mixture of different odors. Smokes from various blends of tobacco, spice, alcohols- and other various... nafariousities... He is taken aback just slightly, his heightened sense of smell getting the better of him for only a moment before he is back to the task at hand. He begins to make his way through the cantina in an attempt to scour its confines and leave with the person, or information on the person he needs. The trail leads through the cantina into a back room, secluded- guarded by a... Well, a guard.

Garo grumbles silently, attempting to summise a plan in order ot get himself into that back room without causing a fuss.

Maybe someone around here has an "in"? Or perhaps knows a way to get back there at the very least. Garo just hopes he doesn't have to work with a local...

But- aide is aide, after all...
