Black Empire Swag Challenge

We need to spruce our swag up with some new signature tags and rank bars.

So I challenge any and all to come up with a set of rank tags and bars centered around the theme of the Black Empire, and then we'll put them all to a vote and the one that has the most votes will become the official set.

I came up with these two quickly, if there's any rank titles you want I can probably do them quickly. The only issue is finding suitable art takes a bit of time, so if you would prefer a different theme for the tags I could probably find some given a bit of time.

I can also do any specialized tags if anyone wants.
