DESCRIPTION
In order to adequately protect Ylva Solveig's warbeast in battle, she devised up a set of armor for Bjomolf, the great Ice Wolf for which the Iron Empire would set into creation for her reward in aiding them in the battle of Roxuli against the Chiss Insurrection despite having at the time, no obligation to do so outside of her meeting [member=Théodred Heavenshield].

As seems to be a pattern in materials used in many of Ylva's weapons and armaments, the first protective layer that's been fitted to the great beast is a cover of Nerf Leather for which the heavier materials would be fitted to in order to both provide Bjomolf with comfort in carrying such armaments but too protect the massive wolf from any minor injuries.

Atop this leather "clothing", the use of Phrik has once again been put to good use, fashioning great Phrik plates to protect the beasts vital organs and weaker points where a hit taken in compact might typically end the creature; (Heart, head, legs, sides and back).

In addition to these, Ylva has ensured that the armor be equipped with two large satchels that sit against the side of the Wolf's hind quarters for whatever materials she need carry, a saddle for which she can mount and ride Bjomolf with the company of one other partner and finally a heavy quiver for the sake of carrying extra ammunition for her war bow.

Strengths:

  • Added Resistant to energy weapons - Lightsabers and blaster fire damages are decreased due to the protective plating of the Phrik armor.
  • Additional Carry weight - Due to the large satchels upon Bjomolf's Armor, it allows Ylva to travel well stoked with a good deal more goods than she could typically carry on her person.
  • Lightweight Materials - Though the armor is not heavy duty nor full plate mail, the lack of weight to the materials used (Phrik and Leather) mean that Bjomolf is hindered very little in his ability to move about the battlefield.
Weaknesses:
  • Kinetic Damage - While it may soften such a blow, injuries can still be inflicted through the excess of force.
  • Zero Force Resistance - The armor offers no resistance to abilities known to the Force.
  • Weak Points - Vulnerable in joints of armor (Arms, neck, face, Legs). Despite the plating protecting the top of the beasts head and it's bulk torso, there are still open points of weakness for which can be exploited. The Leather layer beneath the Phrik fairly more vulnerable than the metal itself.
