The improvements of it that have been made is a small membrane that appears and covers the face allowing you to see through it but prevents water from getting into your eyes. It also releases into the mouth small trace chemicals that reduce but do not prevent nitrogen in the blood. It is on par with taking anti radiation pills, it doesn't make you immune it just reduces the effects and the body is still in danger. The pressure of going to far down can crush and harm you, the cold is still a factor, predators can be dangerous. All they wil do is not have to worry about the biot dying as it feeds itself as well to continue to live with the liquid and enzymes within the water.
