Silas knelt and retrieved the two plushies from the machine. It was one of the first times he had managed to get two, one was hard enough "Well, at least we both can have one to remember this day" he said with a smile, handing over the fluffy creature that had sparkling eyes. With that, he also moved forwards to wrap his arms around her for a hug.

"Thank you, I'll always remember this"

She blinked again. This time in more genuine surprise as she took the toy. Looked it over. Remember the day, huh? She'd never been one to keep hold of things. Even her own paintings were often just discarded and left where she painted them so others could take them. But the hug? She returned it. Nodded. Yeah, she wasn't going to just get rid of this. "Everyone deserves to have a good birthday, you know. I'm glad you liked this, at least."

"I did... it's cheered me up Iris" Silas said before stepping back with a smile. He was happy that Iris had brought him out for such a special day, it was a good distresser from all the things they had come up against recently. Now and then even the toughest of warriors need a break from it all "Come on, we better start heading back to the temple before it gets dark" the teen suggested, not wanting to get into trouble with any of the masters "Maybe we can get some hot chocolate before we leave each other"
