- Wealth: High. This is the largest city in Lujo with the only true spaceport, and so most of the interplanetary trade and buisness occurs here on behalf of the planet. The City also helps to generate a great deal of Tourism.
- Stability: High. The residents of Beshnia Alpha are peaceful and live in harmony with all species and off-worlders, as long as the off-worlders share their respect and peaceful nature. Outsiders would generally feel welcomed without fear of danger in any form. This Metropolis, along with other key human cities, is governed by the House of Lesterian, which is one of two human families that originally settled and pioneered the town over 300 years ago. The House of Alverez, being the second original family of settlers, represents the planet of Lujo on behalf of the Galactic Alliance and the Galactic Senate. These Two noble houses, each overseeing unique domains of governance, share their governmental authority as members of an Executive Council along side the Grand Patriarch of the Ashmaarians, who is essentially the king of Lujo. These three together form the governmental oversight of Lujo.
- Freedom & Oppression: The residents of the city enjoy commercial liberty and entrepreneurialism is a staple attraction for those who desire to obtain citizenship, however there are some strong standards in place due to the strong theme of tourism and a desire to keep the city attractive and enjoyable for all who visit. Regarding society, there is no perceived oppression of any species, however there are some of the Indigenous Ashmaarian Species who hold strong prejudice against off-worlders in general. Despite this, the atmosphere is generally warm, welcoming, and full of the spirit of adventure.
- Description: Beshnia Alpha is the oldest city that was settled by humans, and the architecture reflects this with its ancient buildings and structures of stone. Although being the largest city of Lujo, it is humble in comparison to most other planetary capitals. Nestled on a hill amongst towering mountains, visitors are immediately captivated by the natural surrounding beauty and ancient structures, making it a prime location for interplanetary tourism. It is also the primary hub of interplanetary commerce and trade, being that it has the only true spaceport in all of Lujo. There are many local markets and businesses eager to welcome visitors into the rich heritage and historical culture of Beshnia Alpha and Lujo by extension. At the edge of the town there is a modest harbor that grants access to the ocean. This connects the city to the other towns of Lujo. This is also the launching point for tourists who desire to continue their exploration of the epic landscapes, mountain ranges, and landmarks. The residents of Beshnia Alpha are characterized by their hard work ethic, strong values for honor and integrity, and love of adventure and nature.

SECURITY
Low, the city has a local police force for dealing with local conflicts and enforcing the laws. There is a very limited military force that is moderately trained, which primarily protects the spaceport as well as the House of Lesterian, as well as the Senator of Lujo whenever in town. There is also a very small air force with a handful of local fighters, however they are very limited in their range as well as outdated in their technology. There are no other defenses or turrets of any kind.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Beshnia Alpha originated as a small fishing colony called "Beshnia". It was established by two families of human settlers around 300 years ago; The Lesterian's and the Alverez's. It remained hidden in seclusion for many years, but the population slowly began to grow, and eventually relations with the indigenous population named the Ashmaarians were established peacefully. More settlers came, planting farms and developing a thriving local economy. Word of the majestic beauty of Lujo began to spread, and the two families came together to build the first and only spaceport of Lujo, allowing for the tourism and trade to thrive. The town quickly began to grow in population, and soon the town was experiencing severe growing pains as the lack of any official government began to result in lawlessness and crime, due to some of the newcomers not sharing their values or morals. The two families came together with some of the Ashmaarian patriarch's, and after much deliberation, they created a governmental structure that would help to bring Lujo into the future while honoring the past. It was determined that the House of Lesterian would govern Beshnia Alpha, along with the other settlements. They recognized that there was a growing need for interplanetary representation, and so the house of Alverez agreed to take up that responsibility. The Ashmaarians, having no desire to pursue interplanetary relationships, were pleased to hand the role over to the house of Alverez. However, they cared deeply about the planet and the land of their heritage, so it was decided that, while the House of Lesterian could govern the settlements, They would appoint a Grand Patriarch of the Ashmaarians who would guard and protect the planet and all territory outside the boundary of the existing off-world settlements, and if a off-worlders desired to establish a new settlement or territory, it would need the approval of the Grand Patriarch. And so, the first Executive Council between the Two Houses and the Ashmaarians agreed, and a new government was established, bringing order and peace to Beshnia Alpha, the outlying setlements, and the Ashmaarians.
