SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Chest-mounted THX Ultrasound speakers in order to bring the thunder
  • Vacuum-sealed internal climate regulator salvaged from a broken space suit
  • The "blue parts" hold data crystals, for on the-fly recording and projecting of holographic and audio data.
Strengths:
  • Beskar, baby: Fortified with the Mando's favorite Metal, Funky's iron robes are resilient to a wide variety of energy weapons and built for durability.
  • Climate controlled: Sealants and re-breathers on the suit make it comfortable even in the cold of space or a sauna on a jungle with three suns.
  • It's called fashion, nerf-herder: Real talk, ain't no players and schuttas gonna miss out on seeing the wild lilac powerhouse that is Funky Balor.
  • Wired for sound: Adding the speakers gives a real edge in atmosphere. It's all about presentation, baby!
  • Cameras keep 'em honest: In battle, Funky is always recording.
Weaknesses:
  • No matching shoes: Kitonak as species move buy expanding and contracting there feet, in a slow, plodding way that is analogous to Hutts. As such, the legs only have an armor weave body stocking, so if you can get under the robe, you've found a weak spot for attacks.
  • Too sexy to be stealthy: Purple and gold with glowing blue sensors says numerous things. "Stealthy" and "Subtle" are not among them.
  • Ionic weapons will shut down the holo-tech and sound equipment. This doesn't damage other parts of the armor, but it ruins the atmosphere.
DESCRIPTION

Among Mandalorians, armors are said to be the most personal things you can have. And much like Funky's other unique designs, his personal battle armor is no exception. Using modified designs of more classic patterns, Funky arrived at a truly unique problem: How to preserve his peculiar ambulatory abilities while still honoring Mandalorian tradition. Finding a robe design akin to certain armor worn by Tusken shamans, he developed an answer.

The smith's robes are strong, heavy, and surprisingly durable, for such a soft-looking design. The multiple layers of armor-weave and padded fabric do a decent job of blunting kinetic impacts, although it's not as strong as it is against energy weapons, the primary concern in the system.

Two wrist-mounted hardpoints were designed, in which armored vambrace modules can mount. While wrist-blasters are common, Funky has also been known to use sonic emitters, holovid uploading jacks, and the occasional flame-thrower.

Mounted on the waist is a run-of-the mill utility belt, capable of handling several pounds of necessary junk and accouterments, usually a few grenades, a spray can of bacta, and a spray-paint system. Also, a canteen of beer.

In conjunction with his self-proclaimed title of "loudest fething Mando in the galaxy," Funky has added two chest mounted THX speakers with an external batter-pack to the armor. Why? Because why the feth would you not?

Phat, not fly: Funky has forgone the typical addition of a jetpack hardpoint that is prevalent among so many Mandos. Soemthing about "Not great at mathing my own weight in flight, usually."
I'm not really sure if this is a weakness. While I'd agree that it's atypical for a Mandalorian-affiliated character, it's not something typically found on most armors (stormtrooper/clone trooper armor, sith battle armors, etc). I'd probably remove this from the weaknesses because of that.

If you could change "Medium" to "Average" to keep with our template rating scheme. This seems to perform really quite well against most common damage types. I'd like to see at least one damage type as being listed as being "low".

Alternatively, you could expand the "no matching shoes" weakness so that it isn't largely negated by the robe's presence.
