Before we can help the common people.

Rose had been planning this event for a couple of weeks now she has had teams go to the planet already and start to construction. Rose had filled her cruisers to the brim with the items they needed to build this base. As the ships started to lower into the atmosphere she they started to have difficulty's entering due to they were at the max weight they could carry but they managed to stay alive. As they neared the site of the new base you could see that the teams have had been working fast there were big holes on the sides and the top of the mountains with metal frames around them. She knew that this project would help increase there image very fast. Rose then sent the drop ships down to switch out the workers so they don't over work them self's.

Rose was hopping james or someone higher then her would come see how the project is going and to make the final purchases.

James watched as the White Castle made its way to the surface of Soceras. He was glad to be pouring more money and more resources into this world. For far too long it had gone untouched and unwanted by the rest of the galaxy. It had great potential--and he planned to reach it. His smaller Lost Angel gracefully made its way to land beside it. They had chosen a secluded location in the northern hemisphere of the planet, the inhabitable rejoins of this world.

Satisfied he strolled onto the grass-covered surface and lit a cigarette, glad to be back on this world.

It took some time for the cruisers to land in the grassy fields once they all had landed troops had started to unload equipment row after row soldiers and equipment. Rose walked own the main ramp to James followed by eight troopers in her new body and suit. When she reached Jame's she did a small bow and started to walk towards the construction site. It's nice to see you again and i hope you will approve of all the plans we made for this facility." She said as drop ships flew over them going to the other entrances. "As you can see the project here is going faster then planned which is great!" They had stared walking in the construction zone. Rose pulled out a holoprojector and bringing up the massive construction plan. "Ok there will be Eight entrances to this base four of were cruisers can enter and the rest will be for military and transportation the smaller stuff. This facility will serve as a main operation or creating clones to help the common folk.

But first you'll need to clear everything and go over every piece and make sure you approve of it. This lady will help you with that while i am gone for a little bit. A Girl in her twenty's started go go over everything with james as rose left them to discuss everything.

James listened to the young woman half interested. He didn't care too much for details, in fact he was pretty bad at them. He could direct and point, giving direction and ease, however, his skills in seeing the details was greatly lacking.

When she finished, he nodded and summed it up in a brief set of sentances, "So ye be saying we have all the supplies to convert this abandoned city into a medical compound to grow clones and train them for what we be needing, yes?"

She adjusted her spectacles, perturbed at his brevity and lack of appreciation for her finer points, "Yes."

He gave her a winning smile and a hearty slap on the back, "Thank ye, mate. I trust ye can run inventory and keep the troops in line, yes?"

She stalked away as James moved towards Rose again. He let the holoprojector on his wrist display a mini map of the city, one that he had scoped out a few weeks ago from space and the air using his Lost Angel. The abandoned town was not too big and based around a few factories. That made it perfect for what they were needing to do. He waved a finger at a small suburb area, "These homes still be in good condition. With a little maintenance they could be used to house our staff for this work here," he pointed at the first factory, "this big one here could be used to incubate the clones, and the second one here beside it could be shaped to hold the bio components and the like. It held a few cooling units for freezing delights, the chambers are almost perfect for freezing and keeping hazard stuff." His finger trailed to a long abandoned school, "obviously we could train them here, education and all. Set it up with the flash-education system, and then the park beside it we could turn into a drilling and parade ground."

James took a drink from his flask of ale,"Tell me ye thoughts, Rose, it be your idear, after all."

Rose not meaning to faze out james as he talked about and snapped back to him that sounds all great. You can take care of the upper appearance and i will keep on building the under ground base we can make it look like another city just trying to live another day and not losing hope! That would be a great cover up! oh and we will have four shield generators protecting the city and base. Just in case some unwanted visitors came by and wanted to barrow a few things. And also the cloning project will be making kids and they will all look up to you as their hero. Just to make sure you prepared. Rose then pointed over to a mountain that was being worked on. "Over there will be the docking for the cruisers they will be there just incase of an emergency they will be able to launch on notice moment to attack or defend. As they were walking they walked onto a platform that could fit multiple tanks walkers and a dozen squads as they lowered you cold see huge lettering as big as then counting down from SBL_1 SBL-2, SBL-9, and it finaly stopped at SBL-62 and the doors before them opened showed them one hundred clone tubes. Rose just walked right in waiting for james to say something.

James shook his head following Rose, "I ain't no hero. I never claimed to be."

He was more aware of his faults than anyone--or anything else. Sure, the spacer pulled off the smug and self-assured look better than any other. He was as confident as it came, in the exterior. However, inside, he knew more than anything else that he was not the type to name your children after. He was a drunk. A smoker. A smuggler, a murderer. He had committed more crimes than any other he knew and the man wished he could change it. Some of it. For a moment, the casual and gallant exterior slipped and the man behind it came out, a man who looked older than he was. A man who had seen orphans be made--and their lives ended. A man who had seen everyone he had cared about deeply ripped from his fingers. That was who was under the exterior.

He shook it off and smiled, letting out a haze of smoke, "I been looked up to by many, so I be supposing I could make it work, mate."

The spacer watched as some of the workers went to re-purposing the homes, making the old city alive again. He made a mental note that they could invite refugees here as well and give them a second start. They could hide out a few witnesses they had for protection here as well. James stroked his chin in thought. "We name this place Second Chances. Cuase that be what we are giving it, and the people who come to live here."

Rose smiled at James statement. "I never said you were but we both know your a better icon to follow if we wan't a army that can take on the impossible. But how ever they won't have your faults we'll make sure of that." She said with a grin it doesn't take me long to figure out people." As they walked a little more they reached a bunker elevator that could fit at least nine tanks easily. When the elevator started to lower the troops had got off leaving James and rose on it. Rose took a haloprojector showing the clones and every detail. So you are aware the current clones that we have a chip here (Pointing near the neck and zooming in showing a control chip.) Well this chip seems harmless at first till one day a communications officer was going through some codes and one of them had activated a safety trigger in him causing him to "Shut down" his loyalty rendering him unusable until we are able to figure out what the activation code is but that is hidden deep within the spaarti creations head courtiers i would believe but these new clones we are creating have a slight modification to them instead them being linked up to the spaarti corporation they will be linked something else controlled by me for security reasons." Rose closing the projector as they had passed twenty massive blast doors and the one in front of them opening. Rose started to walk into the bunker. "But we still have to figure out what the code was for deactivating the clones loyalty." Then rose voice changed to a happier tone. "But this is were we will be creating the new clones and training them the basics." Showing a massive floor that yo could just see it keep going and going until you couldn't see the end." But the name for second chance will be great name for the city up above as soon as the first hundred clone finish their slandered training they will live up there and hopefully attract citizens that need a new start."

James listened on as she continued talking.

"And, of course, I am sure that these clones be answering to me as well, for same security reasons," James said with a wink as a polite reminder.

He was not power hungry, and he trusted Rose Blade, however he knew that accidents happened and sometimes people forgot their very noses if they were not attached to their faces. He followed her down the hall, letting a plume of smoke trail after him. It was no secret where he would be, of course. And if anyone wanted to follow him, it would be easy just by the smoke alone.

"Who will be training these clones?" he asked, "and tell me what ye be wanting to do with this. We already have an untapped supply of people we can always be recruiting from the Outer Rim and such. I prefer to personally hire on the likes of them since it helps the people more and stops poverty. Asides, hiring them on prevents them from being enemies later on," he said with a knowing wink. It was no secret that the poverty of the Outer Rim often led many to lives of crime. James Justice was of the opinion that if they were trained and given skills and work, they wouldn't follow that route. So far, it had been proven successful--none of the guards he had trained had been taken to evils or sins yet. Vice seemed to be far from their minds.

"If the situation gets that drastic you and star will have command over them until certain requirements are met. Then yes." Rose walked over to a control panel that had a view over every tube and thing on this floor. She then reached over pressing a few buttons opening a new blast door. For the people who will be training the new clones is one hundred and thirty one clones that i picked out personally they all are willing to train and raise the new generation of our clones. We will then have thirty one clones out of each batch of the one hundred to be elites maybe surpass the ones you already have." Then under her breath. "They will." Then going back to her normal tone. "But as for the reason behind them is a surprise and it will be a big one. But anyways you have your men and women and i have my soldiers." A clone then brought them drinks. Rose grabbing one off the tray "You will create the image for the galaxy to see and we will do the dirty work." She said with a smile

James stopped her with a point of his finger. His face held a questioning look. Did she even know who he was? Did he know who she was? He filed that under for later. However, it would do well for the galaxy to just think he was another playboy millionaire riding in ships by the seat of his pants with an addiction to tobacco and alcohol. He shrugged, ok, perhaps the alcohol and tobacco were more true than not.

"I suppose that could work for now," he agreed, "Though, ye be knowing, I am not going to hide from the front lines only because I also be the one who captures the deals. I dun't care too much, honestly about how good these clones are--that is little more than a testosterone trip. I want to know, the people want to know how that will help them. That be what we need to focus on. They will need to be able to work to train the guards as part of the Benevolence Project.

"Obviously, we will need to be selling them on the void to build armies, I could live with this as well," he shrugged, "Can ye fulfill these things?"

[member="Rose Blade"]

Rose stopped as jame's pulled her and listened and chuckled at his remarks. She started to walk again. "You see of course we will start recruiting the.. Common people at some time yes but there will always be things that can beat them they are after all just common. These clones will be more of the elites for the military even though you have kylo's already but that's small number here we are creating battalions of special forces. And as for training once we get to our fourth generation we will start procedures to pick some out for that." As they got to the end you could see about fifty clones row after row were standing in front of a tube. When they got close enough they were taking out the first clone and it looked like to be a female. Rose pointing at her. "She will serve as the Commander of all Medical corps forces. She will be informed of every project we do and every project justice shipping does. She technically will out rank me but she will still serve under me."

Then she turned towards jame's answering his last question and smilled. "I don't think selling them would be the best seeing how they loyalty are towards me. Maybe if you wanted to send patrols the the planets for a said time then yeah but selling them could stir up a lot of convention between the bigger factions. And i don't think we are ready t take them on."

James chuckled, he had a few differences in ideology to say the least. Their ideals were different but he could work it out.

"I be thinking that we need to see the long run," he said sweeping his hand, "we won't be selling these clones to governments. Ye should know that is not how I work. And we won't be selling them in large masses. We sell them in groups of 100 at the most. And of course we keep the best for ourselves. We keep them loyal to us, make them think we are gods if we have to. We show them we are right when they are young and they won't fall from the right way."

He chuckled, "Cloning an army in itself is going to draw attention. So we tell let them buy it for a reasonable price, but a lucrative one," he let out a stream of smoke, "Besides, think in the long run. We sell them to our allies, our allies feed them, our allies lead them, our allies take care of the fighting for us, we make the money and we sit back and enjoy the sides beating each other into oblivion. When its over, we step in take the power and win the hearts of the people since we have all the money."

He treated Rose with a wink. "I ain't just a pretty face, ye know."

As Mr James commented on a long term plan I couldn't help help but show a smile we all knew everything has to have it times to end. But if you keep up to date by your smaller actions it'll make the bigger seem more in check. " I am seeing in the long-run I just haven't showed you the whole picture yet." As we neared a corner I directed James into the hall then stopping and bores sing a button on the wall reviewing were the clone was being armed and getting ready for practice. I watched the clone prep as James continued to speak. As he stopped speaking I showed a small smile before saying. "You should know i can figure out a person easily." But as for the selling out you can speak to echo about that stuff right now I need to be some were else. You can stay here or Idk do what ever you want." I said as six guard turned the corner and walked up to me. As I left the clones training was about to begin.

James shrugged, he had more to do than stick around and watch boys play with toys. Or whatever they did with the clones. He had a business to run. And alcohol to drink. Lots and lots of alcohol to drink.

The spacer shrugged and walked off. He would have his way, one way or the other. Primarily because it was his money that was funding it. And his tools. And his workers and droids using the tools. It didn't matter too much, he would see a profit one way or the other from this, he would make sure of it.

As the spacer walked off back to his ship the leather jacket caught in the wind, like the smoke from his cigarette. Second Chance, yes, that was what this would be. He gave them to people who needed it, but he also never gave them to those that crossed him.

His mind broke off from that train of thought a James flicked the cigarette into a waste bin in his ship. His eyes glanced over the control panels and began to read some of the many cost and sell points across the galaxy in everything from foodstuff to firearms. They were consonantly changing, some every millisecond. It took a trained eye to find the right ones to make heafty margins for proffit, and James indeed was a trained eye........
