Description: The Bearsloth Corvette is a long range tactical corvette made to attack targets much bigger then itself. Designed by Verpine and Mandalorian engineers under the leadership of Mandal Hypernautics with Slayn & Korpil creating the weapon systems, The ship is to provide defense for Roche, Mandalorian fleets, do long range raiding, and attack high priority targets all from a safe distance.

With a small crew the ship's internal defences and repairs are complemented by droids provided by Roche Hive Mechanical Apparatus Design and Construction Activity for Those Who Need the Hive's Machines. It's space combat abilities however are deadly. Able to attack from extreme ranges it's capable of avoiding trouble and only engaging when it wishes to.

The ship itself is made to be cheap so some expenses were spared such as a full cloaking device and defenses. Lacking any weapons aside from a variety of torpedos it's extremely vulnerable to fighter attack especially with it's light armour and shields that do not function while stealthed.

To make up for this and to operate in the Roche Asteroid Field the ship is fast and maneuverable for it's size. Sporting extra thrusters it's able to maneuver quickly to avoid asteroids or other threats while maintaining a stealth profile. It's fast speed allows it to move in quickly to support fleet engagements or flank the enemy at the cost of some stealth. It also sported expensive Intruder Missiles for large targets.

Overall the cheap design, lack of active defense and small size allows for a fairly short building time though this has been countered by the limited amount slated to be produced unless more are ordered. The ships weapons are top of the line, capable of hitting distance targets and allowing the ship to punch far above it's weight class especially when it hasn't been detected.

this is far too big to have a sublight speed of 4 with the weakness you have please make the speed rating a 7

so with your weaknesses you can push this to 17 without development. anything higher than 17 will require development
Please remove the part about the torpedos having infinite range. In role play warheads have a standard range like turbolasers.

this needs to have a company hyperlinked. or a faction as the builder. IF is it a cannon company that is fine just list it but remove anything nor the company name please.

Please make Armament 17 Normally anything over 16 requires development but with your weakness 17 will be acceptable. for anything more it will need development.

Intruder Missiles are standrad range so please remove the Long Range stuff in the submission.

There are no long range torpedoes. this would have to have a submission. also they would cost long range prices limiting the amount you can have on the ship.

Please make Speed 7 That is about the limit something this big will be able to reach

This is stealth tech and will require development. any stealth technology required development.

Intent: To create a realistic 'low tech' stealth technology option that does not require individuals to hunt and compete over restricted materials, but still requires a few dedicated posts in a ship's development thread. (ideal around 5 posts dedicated specifically to this component, with more posts if the ship is particularly large or if the ship will be produced in large numbers)

Please make maneuvering 9 to reach speed 7 maneuvering has to be at bet what the class standard is. With your defense weakness, You do not have to make maneuvering slower to compensate for the speed but it has to stay at 9.
