DESCRIPTION
The mainline edition of blaster pistol from Roble Manufacturing, the BAW-56 Blaster Pistol aims to be a small, and most importantly functional weapon for a wide variety of customers. It has a compact frame, one that allows it to be easily concealed on a person without a high risk of even visual detection. In addition to that, the other main strength of the pistol is its very low recoil that increases the accuracy and handling of the weapon. However, the BAW-56 faces complications when it comes to the fact that it has only an average stopping power and range, meaning its outperformed by weapons that are specialized in those categories. Altogether, the BAW-56 Blaster Pistol is a capable and well-rounded weapon guaranteed to succeed where that is promised.

I do love a good Destiny hand cannon. That said, I'm afraid you're two ratings over balance in both 'modes' of the gun. Below is a breakdown under the spoiler.

Gunslinger Mode: When activated by moving a switch on the side of the weapon, 'gunslinger' mode utilizes the entire capacity of each power cell in a single shot. While this limits the gun's maximum shots to six before reloading, it creates an extremely power-intensive blast that can melt through most armor.

I also get what you're going for, but I'd lose that last part. Just 'it creates an extremely intense blaster bolt' is sufficient, otherwise we're skirting heavily into potentially calling damage territory.
