DESCRIPTION
Battlewell Security and Arms presents the Mobile Quad Artillery Canon! The M-QAC is a Clone Wars era weapon with modern upgrades. The blaster's purpose is to destroy enemy vehicles and heavily armored infantry. The weapon's upsides include a devastating amount of stopping power along with an effective range across the entire battlefield! However, such a powerful weapon needs a second operator to reload quickly. Such a weapon is also very large and heavy, slowing down operators of it.

Corrected the link.

On the balancing, again I don't see your math. According the balancing it should be:

Closed Market (-1)
Minor (-1)
Extreme Size (-3)
Very Heavy Weight (-2)
Average Reload Speed (0) or Very Slow Reload speed (-2)
Battlefield Range (+2)
Average Rate of Fire (0)
Extreme Stopping Power (+3)
Average Recoil (0) or Extreme Recoil (-3)

My total is either -2 or -7 depending on which of the reload speed and recoil you take. If anything, my weapon in under balanced.

I personally am not a fan of the Extreme ratings anywhere on a sub that is anything more than Limited. However, what I mention is only a recommendation, not a requirement.

This matters naught when someone could "Steal" or get this weapon from the "Black Market" as easy as 1 post away.

Have fun with your gun.
