DESCRIPTION
The company was co-founded by Marr Bastu, father to Jerrol Bastu after traveling from the homeworld of Glee Anselm. The company have five different members of the board which discuss matters concerning the company such as who to do business with and how it should be done. It’s has stores that sell their product to the people of the planet to help them in their lives. While some debate has been made within the company to work on tech for war. It’s currently focusing on life supports systems and Technology that allows people to survive or adapt to different conditions. Secretly, some of the members have focused on selling high quality tech to people in the black market.
RATIONALE
[SIZE=11pt]Because Jerrol’s father created the company, he is heir to the company once his father steps down, died, or can’t continue working at the company for any reason. However Jerrol is not old enough at the moment to take over his father company so must wait until then. Marr was one of the members of the boards and voted on any matters as the tiebreaker. When he died, the seat was open so another person took his place but company policy state that he must give it up when Jerrol is old enough to take over his father company.[/SIZE]
