  Azula was born on Dromund Kaas, born into the slave caste of the Sith, but was found to be both resilient and strong, qualities which made her the favored servant of one particular Sith Acolyte. As she began to accumulate praise and rewards, she also gained something else, a realization that she could break away. While she grew used to her life as a glorified servant and mistress to a Sith, she longed for more, and began to plot on a method to escape. Her chance came, when the Sith and Mandalorians began to come together, with Azula convincing her master to allow her to join a Mandalorian Clan, not only for his benefit, but hers as well. The ploy worked, and she began to find more and more excuses to distance herself from her Sith obligations.
  
  In time, Azula began to find a place within Clan Ordo, and grew close to one of their warriors in particular. As her plan neared it's fruition, Azula made sure to cement her position with the clan, willing to offer information, favors, and occasionally benefits to the members of the clan via manipulating her Sith master; who remained none the wiser, or so she thought. Eventually, the time came to act, and Azula broke away, severing all ties to her former lover, the newly mantled Lord Levo, was left humiliated as his slave had taken advantage of him, and left him for the love of a Mandalorian. It was something she would later come to regret. She became a mother, raising two children with her husband, though it wasn't meant to last. Nearly two decades later, when the Sith laid waste to Mandalore, it was Levo himself who came for her. Forced to act quickly, Azula incapacitated her daughter, and attempted to spin it as a deep undercover operation, all in the hopes to spare her clan and family. It failed.
  
  Seperated from her daughter, she was forced to watch as many of her clan were seemingly wiped out under Levo's orders, who attempted to take Azula back to remain as a trophy. But she refused that to be the end. Determined more than ever, she broke away, managed to narrowly escape from Sith custody, suffering grievous wounds in the process, and spent several years in hiding from Sith agents. When the NIO rose up, starting a mutiny against the Sith, Azula took up the call, though devoid of her armor at the time, she continued to fight to the best of her ability. Though older than she had been years ago, she still has her experience and knowledge. With the war now at a stalemate, she is forced to take something more akin to an officer role, as she continues medical treatment for her injuries, she tries to locate her children, hoping to have one last reunion before her health fails her.
